I’ve never seen a company push clients to pay for a service/product that they have already purchased. I bought one of their photography kit a couple of years ago never had a problem until the SD card that comes with the kit stopped working even though it is in perfect conditions, I wrote to support and the only solution that they gave me was that I had to pay $200 for a new SD card and credits in advance for NO reason at all. I tried to explain to their representative Frederic but basically the answer was that I needed to pay again or simply not use their program. I don’t know how a company that sells sowftare and photography tools cannot resolve an issue on their software but request more money from the customers. Overall horrible customer and support service, would not recommend ExposioRealEstateCamera/software at all doesn’t even deserve 1 star, and if you do so be ready to do extra payments on everything that’s apparently what they are all about, getting money from customers as much as they can.
