Horrible Support/Customer Service

I’ve never seen a company push clients to pay for a service/product that they have already purchased. I bought one of their photography kit a couple of years ago never had a problem until the SD card that comes with the kit stopped working even though it is in perfect conditions, I wrote to support and the only solution that they gave me was that I had to pay $200 for a new SD card and credits in advance for NO reason at all. I tried to explain to their representative Frederic but basically the answer was that I needed to pay again or simply not use their program. I don’t know how a company that sells sowftare and photography tools cannot resolve an issue on their software but request more money from the customers. Overall horrible customer and support service, would not recommend this app/software at all doesn’t even deserve 1 star, and if you do so be ready to do extra payments on everything that’s apparently what they are all about, getting money from customers as much as they can.
App crashing and can’t purchase old photos

Every time I got to click on a couple pictures the app crashes and it gets old very fast. I also took photos back in 2019 and want to purchase them and it will not let me. The app freezes and then shuts down. I have no idea how to get the photos out of the app. Not easy.
Used to be good- now rarely works, wish I could get my credits refunded

Everything sticks at 98% processing, super annoying. I have massive amount of memory but new version constantly shuts down. They got me to buy lots of credits and now nothing works. searching for a new option.
