Frustrating

I found the website frustrating because it’s impossible to search for new books, only new authors. I really don’t care about the author, I want new books... this is how I meet new authors. So I downloaded the app hoping it would have different searchable features. It has non. It is only a way to access the books you already have. I’m perfectly capable of emailing them to myself and downloading them on my Kindle app without having a second App to clutter up my phone. Deleted.
New ongoing problems

This app used to be so easy to use, just tap mobi and it appeared on my kindle (after asking me the name of the book). Now, it just does nothing, then it will say unable to connect-then it’s okay. Now I have to email a copy of the book to myself the forward to kindle, then half the time that doesn’t work. So, I’m left with pdf version, which is annoying.
It’s been months without the problems being fixed and I see others have the same issues. I have it 2 stars, just because it used to work.
Great offerings but multi step activation

Loved the idea of this, and appreciated the offerings. Upon choosing the books I wanted I expected a one click upload but in fact it was at least three steps.
I am a new user so perhaps it’s the learning curve. I would take a step and check my library... book wasn’t there. Take the next step, and so on.
So as a very new user, I love the idea and will explore further, but the application is harder to use then some of it’s competitors.
