I downloaded the free app to help kill spare time throughout the day and to help deal with my anxiety. Word searches take me back to a similar time, and I use them as a relaxing method. The game is full of adds after every game it’s an add which takes way longer than the game itself. I purchased the no ads option and after two games the adds came back. I deleted and redownloaded the app, and it still had adds. I reached out to support and never got an answer. As of today they still had adds and have not replied or agreed to reimburse me for the money I spent to get a service I never received. This is a poor way to run a business and the app is unusable with the adds. If I would have at least received a response from support it would have made me forgive any mistakes or misgivings. But they chose to take my money and not respond to me. I have deleted the app and will not download any future apps from this provider. And recommend you stay away as well Because of all this I give this app zero stars, as this review requires me to select a star I selected 1 Star but if I could it would be Zero.

I am going to complain to Apple. I paid the $2.99 to remove the long ads that are there but I still get the ads. There has been no response to my message by the company. Obviously this is a glitch they need to fix or refund the money. The sad thing is the word puzzles are wonderful. But I don’t have time nor power on my phone for such long ads that don’t even indicate when they have ended, and I have to click extra to find the X to end the video. And it is not just paying $2.99 for nothing. I feel Apple should know and warn people not to pay. And Apple should be made award that the company doesn’t care. It’s the principal of it. Another reviewer suggested reinstalling the app. I tried that and the ads returned after 5 minutes. Irritating to spend more time on ads than puzzles. I will probably delete the app and use word game apps that don’t play ads, have shorter ads or don’t charge for something that doesn’t work!

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one that hates the new update. I've only had the free app for a month and though it had a few glitches, I loved it - even with the ads. It was a 5 star! Now, I miss the old daily search and it freezes multiple times a day. Plus , I don't even get a new hint every hour, much less every 15 minutes! It just says that an ad is not available and to try later. It's been hours!!! Even though it says there is no ad available, every time I go out of the current puzzle I sure get an ad. In addition the timer is way off. There are times when I know I’ve been struggling with the daily puzzle for a while and when I finish it says I only took a minute or too! Same with the daily classic - it says It took me 3 minutes but on the summary pop up it says I only took 1.45 minutes! Huh?! And what are the coins about? There is no explanation about how you earn them or use them. What were you thinking?! Fix it or bring back the previous version!!
