A recent update has defaulted Woonerf to giving you maximum parking time unless you change it, which can be several dollars if it’s early in the day. They also started your time from the moment you select a parking zone. This Is only maybe a minute, but good lord, how cheap can you be?

Additionally, it should know based on your location which zone you’re in, as several other parking apps do. There are some places in Hartford where the parking zone isn’t visible from your car.

Can't even signup. Asks you to put in 4 digit pin, and the confirm pin page says incorrect pin no matter what you do.

Need improvements, i was stuck in zones how we know the zones, is a good idea to park on the street and pay by phone specially for people that works in hospitals, or people attending meetings or appointments in hartford. Área don't see any parking for disable or handicapped permits in Woonerf also no gps or parking availability in areas is just an app to create some money for the city not to provide a better service for the community is my opinion thanks

Very frustrating, but it just won’t let me get past the “create pin” page. Every attempt to confirm the chosen 4 digit pin is followed by a “wrong pin” warning. I wanted to use Woonerf while parking in Hartford, but never even could get past the account pin creation page!

Woonerf is not the best parking app I've ever used. It defaults to parking you for the maximum time, doesn't seem to have any location awareness (would be nice if it at least gave you a short list of nearby zones if it can't pinpoint you) and will not let you park for my regular zone's minimum time of 15 minutes for $0.25. It forces a 1 hour ($1.00) minimum which is about 4 times as long as I'm actually parked most times

I’m trying to create an account it lets your enter the email , then ask to create a pin but when you have to re enter the pin to confirm it automatically rejects it stating it’s incorrect. How ?????? Also I just got new phone so I guess this number was used before so that’s a no go uuuugh and when it’s says it doesn’t keep the data after deletions LIES !!!!!!

can't extend session because you get an error mssg , so you have to start a whole new session & spend more money instead of being able to extend it & go from there . they need to do better .

I work 8-9 hours a day, and an able to purchase time at the meter for the entire day. It’s $5 for 8 hrs. I THOUGHT that’s what I was doing on Woonerf - it turns out I have to pay MORE on Woonerf than the actual meter to get the same amount of time - the max available on Woonerf is 5 hrs which is almost the cost of 8 on meter, and you have to pay hourly after that so they actually charge more to park by using Woonerf . I learned this the hard way today when I received a $25 parking ticket for being over the time. Guess I’m done using this ripoff misleading piece of garbage.

I don’t know much else about Woonerf, it’s aight or whatever but not everyone can remember what their zone number is. Almost every other parking app lets you find your zone by give you map to select it based on where you’re parked after you’ve left the area. So adding that would be a game changer. I really don’t like have to leave where I am to go add time to my meter
That’s the whole point of this application.

It’s a great idea! I’ve been waiting for an app to come out for parking but so far for a month I’ve used it and I’ve gotten 2 tickets. I have to go through the appeal process which is a pain! I still use Woonerf of course but it’s sad I still get tickets even though I pay on here.

I haven’t had any issues, works great but hoping you can tweak it so if we have to move a different zone when in an active session, we can bring that remainder of payment to the new one.

One big thing I want to complain about is the convenience fee...why??? I heavily use Woonerf as I work in downtown and an additional .15¢ times 4-6 new sessions I have to create adds up. If that was the plan then you should have incorporated the fee in the beginning. At this point it might be cheaper for me to park at the $6 lots.

It’s a nice and easy to set up app, easy to use on the go, but they need to put a map with the zone numbers, and also some numbers don’t match the locations

I love how easy, user friendly and convenient it is to use Woonerf. Especially on the go Woonerf saves you a lot of time!

Love Woonerf. I don’t have to leave the building to pay the meter!

Good app, I just wish they have a map feature to see where all the parking meter is if you can’t remember what zone you was park in.. just a opinion

This should be offered in every city! I have used it Hartford regularly for the past six months to a year, I have never had any issues.

Convenience, ease, safe, secure! What more can you ask for!!

Woonerf should have an option to change zones after paying for an hr or 2, for example if I want to move parkings zones the pay should go with it
