I am a season ticket holder and I use LAGalaxy for accessing tickets only. It is shocking to me that one of the most storied franchises in MLS history has such a poor reflection of its organization online. Does anyone from the LA Galaxy organization even use LAGalaxy? Galaxy is a multimillion dollar sports entertainment company, how can you not create and maintain a decent website and smartphone application. No news, no photos, blank pages, inconsistent messaging. This needs help. I give it 1/2 star.

I wrote this review in 2018. Nothing has changed! What is wrong with the Galaxy.

It’s January 2020. No changes. I rest my case. Looking forward to the season, I have no use whatsoever for LAGalaxy. Embarrassing

When trying to look at the upcoming schedule, we have no idea who we are playing. Trying to transfer tickets is impossible (you have to use a link your S.E. sends out). I still can’t figure out how to pre-order my food from my seats. LAGalaxy is an embarrassment compared to other teams apps.

The Galaxy don’t update LAGalaxy with new info. It could and should be a place where fans go for the latest information. The Featured
Players must be on automatic rotation, it is often a player on loan or no Longer playing for them and the info about the plaid often blank.
I have deleted LAGalaxy from my phone.

Love my Galaxy but LAGalaxy kicked me out of AXS, every time I click the sign in button nothing happens, appears that the button isn’t even working.

I have to agree with the other reviews, Flashseats is the WORST idea to distribute tickets. Absolute worst. The pdf tickets worked fine, why switch to flashseats?? If I wanted to give my tickets to a friend, they have to create an account with flashseats AND enter a credit card. Just no! It’s ridiculous and super inconvenient. The flashseats app and website are terrible, hence their 1 star rating. Please go back to the pdf tickets or switch to seatgeek as many of the mls teams now use seatgeek. “keep it simple, stupid”

Stuck on splash screen

What’s up with your content? It hasn’t been updated since the RSL game! Why? And why is it limited to only a handful of stories? Agree with others - it would be nicer have some streaming options...

I am an STM, I expect to be able to create a log on without using Facebook and sharing any Facebook info.

Also, tried to ask developers about this on app’s Contact Us screen. After typing my msg on screen, there was no send button and could not back out of screen. Had to close app to get out without sending.

I love the Galaxy! But LAGalaxy is not good. It needs better options to listen to and watch live games. When watching any existing videos the screen does not rotate when the phone rotates (it’s not a phone settings problem). It does not have an option to see the league standings. The schedule does not have information on give a ways or themed games. Doesn’t have any team history info.

Anyway I can log in without using my Facebook info? It keeps telling me I changed my password but don’t have access to either creating another account or fixing my info on the account, I like LAGalaxy a lot just don’t know how to log back in. Won’t let me get in with my Facebook... So how can I log back in without Facebook or fixing that info???

Again, just like the MLS app, no one is keeping it current. Example- still has an article on a Galaxy World Cup Watch party for the World Cup final. It is December 28th. Remove the reticle.
There is an article on current roster.. still has Cabral.
Can’t they hire someone to just keep this and the Galaxy portion of the MLS app current?

LAGalaxy looks and works well- hope as the season gets closer, they just keep it current.

LAGalaxy worked just fine with my tickets loaded in LAGalaxy , now the day of home opener there is a big update but my tickets are gone and I can’t access them!

Better than mls app

After waiting for what seemed like forever, LA Galaxy finally had their own app and it was worth the wait. The stats page is amazing and is well put-together. The icons around LAGalaxy are true to the Galaxy and offer insight on the team's performance, its player performances, offers news, schedules, highlights, featured players, shopping, and much more. You just have to download LAGalaxy if you're a Galaxy fan. LAGalaxy is all you need. The only two things that I wish LAGalaxy included are wallpapers and more pictures of Stub Hub Center.

Big season starts today

Klein needs to leave his position as president of our club.

I was so excited that there was finally an update! And now it’s a night before the game and I can’t access the tickets with axs because it doesn’t recognize my login! And I checked a few times just in case I mistyped and logged in fine on the website!
