I’ve been playing this game on and off for a few years. I paid a few years back to not have ads. I redownloaded the game yesterday to get blasted with a subscription to not have ads. I exited out of that and went to restore the purchase and there’s no option to restore the purchase I made several years back for no ads.
good game but looks awful

i downloaded this game on a whim and enjoyed it, despite it looking like a low-rent candy crush cash-in. there’s a fun arcade puzzle design here that is at odds with the garish art design. i wouldn’t dock so many stars for this normally, but i discovered through other user reviews that this design is relatively new. upon looking up what the app used to look like, i am bewildered as to why they thought this half-a**ed re-skin constitutes an improvement. they clearly wanted to get that lucrative “kids and grandmas” demo but it doesn’t even look like a good version of one of those games
even zynga ended up providing a skin to make drop7 look like it used to.
I wish I didn’t update.

This game has lasted the longest on my phone. I absolutely loved the simple design and concept. I played this game for years and I literally had to stop playing my first new updated game to write this review. This is the first time I have ever left a review on an app. The colors are so saturated and unappealing to me. This game now looks like it’s for a child. I used to play it while I listened to music to relax but now it’s just a headache. Again, I literally paused it and came here because my eyes could not handle the amount of things doing on. If you want to keep this style, I would highly suggest having the option to change the theme. I would MUCH prefer the old one over this. I hope you take this into consideration.
