My son got this truck for Christmas and NewBrightDashCam didn’t work at all.

Tried several apple products and they will not connect to the product. Tried with some Samsung phones and no problem working at all. Unfortunately this causes an issue as all the kids have apple products so one of the adults has to hand over their phone to the kids to use. Frustrating!

So I did every thing it said and when I connect to the dash cam and it said no internet connection they said it was normal but when I opened NewBrightDashCam it said to connect to it I did this about 54 times before giving up and I own the red 4x4 truck and there is no app for that

I purchased this for my son and the car works but the camera doesn’t as you drive the car with the controls the wifi disconnects and I paid 60 dollar for it!!!!

NewBrightDashCam caused my SIM card to be corrupted & I had to get a new one because my phone wasn’t working anymore!

NewBrightDashCam no longer works, so goggles don’t work. Also, I’m not sure it’s safe to allow NewBrightDashCam access to all of your photos, which is the access NewBrightDashCam requires. Seems unsafe.

I connect to WiFi as instructions say but it doesn’t register in NewBrightDashCam itself and video does not come up. I now have twin 4 year old little boys crying and upset because they were so excited to see the video. 🤦🏻‍♀️ They Don’t understand why it’s not working and still ask throughout the day for me to connect it. Even tried charging the batteries themselves. Worst Christmas present ever.

This stupid toy won’t connect to my iPhone, and has my 8 year upset about it! I feel like I got scammed into buying this thing, thinking it would be a wicked cool present for my, it’s not. This needs to be fixed!

Software didn’t work with current IOS, it needs updated. Tried on several devices.

I have had the Dashcam for a while and it used to work but now when I connect to the internet and it shows me the video when I move the car it disconnects from the Wi-Fi the car works though

For the first two months I had the car the dash cam worked but then a few weeks later the dash cam was not working but the car is.

Did you know that NewBrightDashCam is in v2.2 and does not work on iOS 1.13.2, so, on my iPhone 6 it works fine but I recently upgraded to a iPhone X and it didn’t work

NewBrightDashCam and Car work perfectly fine for me except the dash cam app only works over a certain range like about 1-5 feet

This I love to hang around with and got it for Christmas this year and I know that not a lot of you have the dash cam off-roader, but the VR goggles are awesome and feels like your in the drivers seat driving it! So buy this baby and have a rocky time!!!!!
