App does not work

I connect to WiFi as instructions say but it doesn’t register in the app itself and video does not come up. I now have twin 4 year old little boys crying and upset because they were so excited to see the video. 🤦🏻♀️ They Don’t understand why it’s not working and still ask throughout the day for me to connect it. Even tried charging the batteries themselves. Worst Christmas present ever.
Will not connect with Apple products

Tried several apple products and they will not connect to the product. Tried with some Samsung phones and no problem working at all. Unfortunately this causes an issue as all the kids have apple products so one of the adults has to hand over their phone to the kids to use. Frustrating!
Do not buy it

So I did every thing it said and when I connect to the dash cam and it said no internet connection they said it was normal but when I opened the app it said to connect to it I did this about 54 times before giving up and I own the red 4x4 truck and there is no app for that
