So my experience was that the app was glitchy and any information I entered was altered when I hit save to be incorrect (dates would shift by 1). When I was on call to video identity verify, the person I chatted with said that this is a common glitch and he would fix it for me. So we fixed everything together. Somehow this appears to have not been put through the system and they’ve sent me an email saying my registration failed and that I’ll need to send an ID verification via mail. For a number of reasons, I can’t do that, but there is no option for reply or for any alternatives to sending by mail. Additionally, the slow speed of mail sets back my ability to use a phone here for at least a week, which is very bad because I need a number to do a lot of things here. It’s annoying that a glitch in their system can cause me so many problems without any useful solutions. I feel completely left for dead. Would give 0 stars if I could.

A strong internet connection is recommended. Flaky connection will love you frustrated. This is the second activation for me and it went much smoother the second time. The person who verified my ID was much friendlier this time and the process went quite smoothly.
The app has also improved from what I remember last time.

Video quality good. Not the clearest but was able to communicate well and see the picture. The representative spoke English and German which is always a plus!
