We waited in line like civilized humans and everyone made a rush for the front when it arrived. The staff could not care less about how long people had been waiting or who was in the front of the line. It also took more than 30 min for a boat to return. Awful service. I’d rather walk.

Some bug caused it to give me 4 one way tickets when I'd selected 2. At least I was able to refund them
