Tried using this service 5 times now in Glasgow - terrible service without fail. Two times the car had 0% battery life. This includes once with the old electric cars they were trying to pass off that only had max distance of 40 km and took FOUR hours to charge. Now they’ve updated to some BMW’s and they still can’t seem to figure out how to get their system to work. You got problems - don’t expect them to help you.
