Doesn’t work on my iPhone

Called the software company twice now, left message and no return call.
App doesn’t work on my iPhone. Tried uninstalling but now the company ID I used for initial set up says the ID’s are already in use. Missed several orders already.

Good usability, easy to enter info and take pictures. A sharper contrast will be better. Issue: not synchronized with the desktop. Orders already submitted from the pc, still needs acceptance on the app. When this issue will be resolved, this app will get 4-5 stars
