Since your last updates the app crashes on launch even on fresh install.
It would be better to downgrade the app or remove iOS 9 from the compatible list of iOS versions

It turns out that in order to use the application, you have to pay for 2 separate service fees.
1. Software cloud service (inventory / sale report real-time), subscription via the app ( Silom dashboard (iOS).
2. Printer HW activation, cost per printer, can make a payment via PayPal(credit card).
