Loved for Years- then the Updates came - Downgrades

I purchased SwiftCall several years ago and actually recommended to every member of my sales teams that I’ve led, and there were multiple teams. It worked great had all the features I wanted. It was an expensive upfront cost. Now all of these upgrades that have come along are truly downgrades that have stripped it of its core capabilities and charge you as high as $35 a month which is almost what you paid to buy SwiftCall to begin with. No more sub groups no more contact for support no more cloud storage no more text or email follow ups unless you pay. As an original purchaser, you should not have disabled what I purchased. If you wanna go after new users and be upfront about it great but I was sold to bill of goods and you stripped it down to next to nothing after the fact. To say, I am livid is an understatement.

Powerful dialer in your pocket : Edit

Unfortunately, I had to come back and edit my review. I purchased SwiftCall a couple of years ago. The purchase came with text/email preset features that I can send to my prospects after a call. I now see that this is a feature I have to $24 to upgrade to pro for. This is upsetting for obvious reasons, I have to pay an additional fee for a feature that I technically already paid for.

Lacking some important features for my business

SwiftCall provides no services for DNC lists. If you have any commas in your lead lists it fails to import. There is no bulk contact address book import feature. The CEO is politically involved and it seems that SwiftCall was created to make donation calls. Over all I do like SwiftCall , however, with a contact import feature it would prove to be more useful for my use.

I use a system that I call into and then dial the number to make the call so it’s DNC (Do Not Call) compliant and in the phone numbers there are commas so it won’t do a bulk import. Please add that feature or add a .vcf file import feature.

Just bought the app

I followed the tutorial, opened my doc in Mail app as suggested in tutorial. No option was given to open in this app. I have reached out to Jake and am awaiting response. I am updating my iOS while I wait, and may reconsider my 5-stars if I cannot easily (or at all) import my excel sheet to SwiftCall

Has all the essentials and some great mobile friendly functionality, without feeling sparse. Well thought through solution that I was able to deploy for use in my business. A lot more quickly and simply than many of the sales resource I use.

Note: The directions/tutorial provided for implementation are simple, and and explicitly clear. Follow them and you’ll be very happy!

Awesome product

Makes calls quickly, no monthly plans just one time payment. Ability to take notes after every call and quickly call next person.

The perfect auto dialer for a mobile phone.

After using this app, I can say this is the ONE if get if you are a serious salesperson. It does exactly what I need to hammer my lists. I’ve used the competition but hate their monthly payment demands. This is just a one time totally affordable price fir anyone who makes the cost back on a single sale. Its a no brainer.

Great App and Great Service!

this app is really easy to use and helping me close a lot of deals: can’t believe I was doing calls without this, I highly recommend for increasing sales. Further, I needed help with something and emailed Jake, and was surprised to get a response back almost immediately! Great service for a great mobile CRM

Hands-down, best customer service I have ever received

Hands-down, the best customer service I’ve ever received was having a little bit of an issue importing my CSV file 100% my fault but was able to send an email and got a response and got help within minutes. SwiftCall is amazing and worth every penny.

Invaluable tool

I work from home and don’t want to spend money every month on some expensive autodialer. Swift call is great and allows me to track my calls and notes on interactions with prospects. I submitted a suggestion to the company and within minutes I had received a personal response from the owner. Highly suggest SwiftCall to anyone that has to make calls to a long list of people. Sales, prayer chains, volunteer organizations, etc...

Awesome App

I just recently started using swift apps and this one is very useful. For any task that requires answering the phone a lot I’ve been able to use this for my personal call history to track different calls and notes to myself but also can see the application if you have a call center or you are working at a not for profit this would also be a great app to help track your calls.

Perfect for Business Owners

They say you get what you pay for, and that is true here because SwiftCall is the most useful one for sales calls I've found yet. this app is an investment, but it really makes making tons of calls easy (which if you've done cold calls before, you know it can be demoralizing at times). This is because it really takes care of everything in the call process, but also because with the goals and achievements it let's you know after a tough day that the work is paying off. As a heads up, if you do email marketing ONLY (and no calls), you probably won't find this as useful - even though it does handle emails, It really is focused on call time. But if you are doing lots of calls each day, this is definitely worth the purchase

Great for nonprofit use

I tried using this for volunteer and donor recruitment at my nonprofit (we're in startup phase) and it has proven quite helpful. The fact that it is non-subscription based is huge and makes it far more affordable than other services. It is nice to see a list of hot leads and track how many calls have been made and I've found all the functions to meet my needs! Really recommend it if you are a busy person or company and need a reliable app

I have friends that are in the business of making sales calls, fundraising, and some who have even worked for politicians. I'm sure this app would have helped them because allows iPhone users to improve process and efficiency in those areas of business.

this app's features of a dashboard for summaries, call center with progress ratings, and planner for scheduling calls make the process simple, trackable, and organized. My hat is off to the developers.

Excellent product!

I found SwiftCall while looking for a dialer I can use on the go, via my cell phone. I wanted something that will make me more efficient in dial sessions, and something that will load the numbers for me on my phone if I want to go for a walk while dialing. This was perfect! Also, the biggest thing for me is the service. The developer himself is very responsive and has helped me numerous times when I have had questions. You can’t go wrong with purchasing this!

This app makes sales call easy peasy!

I have just started using this app and so far I am extremely pleased. This system has helped me improve my lead call tracking tremendously. No more tic mark, penny tracking, or notebooks filled with pages of handwritten notes. But be careful of those tricky column and row headings in your .csv files. Make sure the have been REMOVED before importing. No worries though, Jake is hella responsive and helpful x 200! I’m crossing my fingers for an export feature to help manage clients who have reached closing but I am full on grateful for the convenience SwiftCall affords me on a daily basis.

Worth way more than the cost!

As somebody who has to make tons of calls every day, I spend more time cycling through lead lists and searching for notes then I do actually making calls half of the time. SwiftCall makes my life so much more efficient with cold calling and keeping track of leads and regrouping them as needed. I’ve been able to make 30 to 40% more calls in the same time period as before just by using SwiftCall to organize everything. Working with my manager now to see if we can bring this to my entire team of sales reps!

CRITICAL REVIEW: NOT JUST FOR SALESMEN

This is a professional product. I use it to remind me to make calls and it lets me keep track of what transpired during the conversation by allowing me to take notes. In today’s world u need to document almost everything and this makes it easy.

Another thing I like is it’s a one time fee. This causes me less stress. No worry or fighting over recurring charges. In my opinion many apps are made to generate recurring charges to fill the developers pocket. Many forget to cancel, it’s a cash cow for companies.

This developer concentrated on making a good app. Not trying to see how many he can sucker in at first with an auto renewal scheme

I think many who are not in sales that need to make many calls and document them in today’s complex world can benefit from this ap.

Many apps you kind of have to push yourself to use them and get accustomed to them, then you quit using them. Not SwiftCall, I’m sure I will use this forever

Great features

I am pleased with my this app experience so far and I plan to recommend to my colleagues. The auto dialing, call scheduling, and call documentation processes are easy enough to use and really speed up my day. The call stats are also nice to have.
