Can’t even login in, downloaded repeatedly only for it to just continue to crash and say internet can not be detected. What was wrong with the previous app? Atleast it worked and don’t have to manually load tickets, or go to website on browser to check numbers, stats, winners, or promos. Very disappointed and for reaching the highest tier that’s available I don’t feel like Idaho lottery is rewarding users in the manner in which they claim they do. Locality doesn’t seem to be the strong point for it’s players. Feel cheated. Hopefully with all the funds being earned for Idaho they could manage a web page more efficiently 🧐

I open IdahoLottery and all seems fine. When I click scan ticket, IdahoLottery immediately crashes. Idaho lottery’s other app Check a ticket is decommissioned so cant use it in short term. iPhone 15 pro max ios 17.1.2.

IdahoLottery doesn’t even work. I have an iPhone 13. It runs everything perfectly, but IdahoLottery just doesn’t work.

Just crashes immediately. I wish we could still use the old app.

App doesn’t crash but having to manually enter the barcodes is such a time waster when there is a barcode scanner.

App is not working correctly since upgrade to new visual appearance. Cannot log in to account and add VIP points. App freezes when you try to log in. Horrible! Support has not Ben helpful keep saying try again later.

I tried over and over and over to set a password to start an account but it’s impossible to get the passwords to match or fulfill all the number, symbol, capitalization and length. Impossible. I deleted IdahoLottery in frustration.

IdahoLottery used to be great, but now it just crashes saying “sorry an error occurred”. When I tried to uninstall and reinstall, it’s just a completely blank white screen. Please fix this!

The other Idaho lottery app was better. At least it saved the ticked for checking future draws. IdahoLottery requires scanning anew anytime you want to check winnings. Also the Idaho lottery people don't respond to any of their emails. What a joke.

IdahoLottery is terrible! You go to open IdahoLottery and it shuts right down. Went and read the reviews and they all say the same thing? Why is that? I have deleted IdahoLottery and re downloaded several times and it fixed nothing!

I don’t understand how a state organization can’t get this in working order after enough time. I’ve quite buying tickets for the last two months because of it. Please do better.

They need to get IdahoLottery fixed every time you try to use the scanner it crashes IdahoLottery . Don’t know why they are discontinuing the old app that worked pretty great this one doesn’t store tickets or allow you to even scan your tickets. Very disappointed.

The main feature for having a lottery app is the ticket checker. This one doesn’t work. App crashes immediately, just like all the other reviews state. For the amount of money the lottery generates, you’d think they could hire a competent developer to build IdahoLottery and make everything work.

I was sad when you decided to get rid of the check ticket app since IdahoLottery is horrible for that purpose. The check ticket app allowed you to save your tickets and just click on them again to update what you won. IdahoLottery just puts them in history which you cannot clean up or re-check the ticket.

Downloaded it several times. It said it was initializing each time. Waited 10 minutes and nothing.

IdahoLottery will not stay open for me to scan. Each time I open it it kicks me out!

Been using IdahoLottery for many years and it is frustrating how often numbers drawn are not posted the same night, or sometimes not even for a couple of days. For instance, they have had the daily drawings for several of the games for today, but they are still showing the numbers from six days ago. There are no announcements or updates showing, so there is no explanation as to why this isn’t working, again. You may as well just wait and check numbers from the last official lottery sites.

After they worked on IdahoLottery it started working, IdahoLottery is great! I would have missed a couple wins without it! 😄updated review
IdahoLottery was a lifesaver and so great to have, sadly the update has made it impossible to use. 🥲 I click on it, it starts to open, then closes. I can’t use it at all. I hope this will be fixed soon!

Actually very useful, wish they worked directly with the lottery tho :( other than that, needs definitive scan results instead of note. Play good 🔥

So I just wanted to report a bug with the Idaho Lottery app go to click on it to open it up and you open it up and it automatically closes on you so hopefully you guys can fix this soon. Thank you.
