I'm not sure why the other reviewers are unable to get their notifications from HNLInfo to work. However, I have had no issues thus far concerning timely notifications. As a former Nixle subscriber, I would say that I like HNLInfo better as it has more capabilities than Nixle.

Stumbled across HNLInfo the end of last hurricane season. It works great for me on both my personal and work phones.

My notifications from HNLInfo work fine, but within HNLInfo , I feel like there is no information. Nixle provided a lot of necessary info. If you are going to replace one service for another, make sure your replacement is comparable. This one is not.
