Not working for me on Instagram and no real warning that it wont. I wanted a refund as i spent a couple of hours trying to get one task but there is no “report a problem” link to start a refund process

I downloaded and PAID for BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit to get one video from Instagram to share with a friend who doesn’t have social media. It didn’t work, even after trying multiple times, restarting my phone, restarting BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit . Waste of time and money.

Bought it and use it once, worked fine the first time downloading 1 video from IG.
Then stopped working, deleted, downloaded again from the apps store and nothing.
Email support 1 week ago, no answer.

In my last review, I lamented the fact that only about 40% of my videos were not downloading. That is now reversed, and I’m lucky if 40% download. Please note that these are my own videos, off my own IG account. Incredibly frustrating.

Two messages are all I get from BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit "Sorry you need to guess the correct link yourself." Whatever that means. And in app support "we have officially shut down servicing clients. The less people you chill with; the less bullshYt you deal with." Welp, thanks for the $2.00 f/u. -- Live and learn: The less grifters you spend with, the more cash you keep. Pickpockets. Don't give these creeps your pennies. App store, don't you even try to prevent this kind of rip-off?

I lost a bunch of files on my laptop and I was hoping to download some of the videos from my own Instagram channel to get some of them back. After some research BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit seemed like a good option. But alas, it does not work at all. I can’t speak for other file types, but at least for Instagram videos every single download attempt just fails. Super frustrating, and I’m super bummed that I supported BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit with my money.

I just paid for BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit and it’s simply not downloading the video I want to download. I followed the instructions and when I click to scan the page for a Video file link, nothing happens. Would be great if someone could help with this. And no, it is not from a private page. Would be happy to rate this 5 stars if this can be fixed.

I cannot download videos off Instagram, there’s even a tutorial that “shows you how BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit works” and all it shows is how to download Instagram videos which doesn’t even work, doesn’t explain anything about the file management or any other features, I click scan for videos and no download option comes up, don’t bother wasting your money.

Reviewed instructions. I've tried for 20 minutes and cannot download anything! No videos, no photos, no webpages. I did succeed in downloading an Instagram logo! Waste of 99 cents; glad I purchased on sale. If BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit works, we need better instructions.

Many features simply fail to work at all. Some obvious features, like halting a download or knowing which video is being downloaded, have not yet been added by developer. Changing the name of a video changes the file making it unusable. Has the potential to be a great app. Sadly it was rushed to market and has not been updated or supported. In other words, the dropouts did what dropouts do.

Dear Developer, BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit use to be great now it doesn’t work at all. When downloading anything from IG it shows several downloads of the same thing but it does not download anything. Can you please fix. Thank you.

Interface is simple tutorial is really easy to understand but I have to keep BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit open just to download files, which is pretty inconvenient

So, for how much BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit costed I didn’t really expect much. Most of these kind of features cost more than a couple bucks from when I find them. But I at least expect BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit to work more then 30% of the time. I understand that you can’t download videos on Instagram from private accounts. That makes sense. And maybe there’s just some problems with Instagram itself. But, even with public accounts. There’s a very minimal chance for it to actually send me anywhere else besides the Instagram login page. For the times that it worked BlazeVideoDownloaderSplit was incredibly helpful and convenient. And I will continue to try and work around these issues. But, just for the inconveniences I will be rating it 3 stars until this gets fixed. If so, I would love to rate it a 5 star in the future.

It’s a useful app, but unfortunately most of the time I try to download something, it just doesn’t do anything. But it does work occasionally so 2.5/5 stars

I have gotten it to work. I like it but sometimes I have to go over the same thing 15 times to get it to work. Now I’m 71 years young so it could just be me. For example, sometimes the keyboard pops up to allow typing but I just need it to go back a step but can’t because the keyboard is in the way. Most of the time I can make it through but it did have to power off my phone to get back to the beginning. Again if I can make it work, you young techies should have no problem!!

Would've given it 5 stars if the option to save videos to phone was available.

I have bought hundreds and hundreds of apps and I cannot emphasize it enough the value and utility found here in the Blaze app

There was no updates for a bit so I left a lower review, but the developer definitely eventually gets on top of updating it.

Right now it is working better than it ever has for me!
