Bored Button Reviews

So a while back, I used to have BoredButton. And I loved it. Just the idea alone is perfect. Having the button right there while playing felt like I was the king of all games. A bunch of fun games even offline, it was great. However, I had to delete it because of storage problems. That was a year ago folks. I upgraded my phone to one that definitely have much more, so I said “Eh, yeah why not” and reinstalled this game.

No, it’s not the same game

What’s with having to exit the game to press the button? And then if you don’t want to press the button, you can select a game on the menu?! You know that it kinda removes the point of having a button, with out the feeling of surprise. And it kinda just pushes the button as a side feature. If you don’t like the button just get another mini game collection were you can choose. Alsooo when I tried to exit the ads I kept quitting the game but that problem might just be mine.

This game has a lot of potential don’t get me wrong. It’s got so many games to do, my personal favorites are It’s Raining Boxes and Gunmatch, but I’m writing this review to explain the games that I just think are flat out plagiarized. First up is mine rusher, when I first saw this one I thought it was a harmless mining adventure game, but I realized it was VERY similar to Dancing Line, second Geometry Rash. Let’s be real Geometry Rash?! Really! I honestly didn’t expect anything different from the real Geometry Dash and also a little disappointed at this point. I’m not going to say I’m necessarily mad at the dev, but I mean COME ON if your the dev reading this right now just know that both of the copied games that I’ve stated I’m not happy that you put them in (Im especially offended by Geometry Rash) and it made me wonder if the you even thought into creative games that don’t mimic already existed apps. So it’s good until you start getting game repeats and some of the games r just not it’s it’s like a hit or miss on the games. Some of these games don’t even work and some games only work on certain devices. Every single time u want a new game to play you have to watch another 30 second add and it gets SUPER annoying after awhile. Also on the things with the being able to get gift card sit only lets you get so many points but that’s one of the smaller things. Now for the good parts. There r like a bunch of games but they do need like a week or two, to come up with new ideas and games. And also the gift cards do work! So you can get a bunch of real cards. And also it is no internet so you can do this for hoursssss on a long car ride. And overall do I recommend this game… overall the little things… yes! (If u don’t mind a few little annoying things).

So BoredButton is a mix of good and bad games. There’s some with extremely high graphics, others look like they’re made with very simple coding and art etc. BoredButton does get janky a lil. But it’s also a very light hearted app where it rlly just feels like a thing to waste time instead of being super competitive about it. I really enjoy some of the games inside and you can even favorite the games that catch your interest since there’s like a millennia of games in BoredButton. I really enjoy it but the ads are incredibly annoying, I would purchase and I’m sure others would as well if it was only a one time purchase. I don’t understand why it’s a subscription and why it’s so so expensive. The game itself isn’t like absolutely amazing to be worth a monthly payment of like a dollar. And a yearly payment of six dollars. Which surprisingly good deal doesn’t feel worth to buy.

I like the concept of BoredButton, instead of having 50 different games on your phone, each with micro-transactions and ads, cluttering up your Home Screen, and taking up storage on your device, have 1 app to hold a bunch of different games. Great you might say, but why only 3 stars then? Well some of the games are some I’ve never seen and are interesting, but they seem like they could be finished in maybe a couple hours, and there are a lot of games that are just other apps, without that extra polish. I do love how there is no micro-transactions, so keep that, and the ads aren’t too invade as well. A tip for the developers if they see it, spend a little more time on the games to add that polish, like make the games a little longer, make the controls a bit better, things like that. Then I would say it is a 5 star app.

There are a lot of good games that are provided and the ability to favorite preferred games is also a plus however the sheer amount of ads that pop up while playing make some of the games a real test in patience as you make 5 moves and an ad pops up another 5-10 moves and another ad pops up, granted the ads are usually 5-10 seconds but when its happening every few moves it can definitely be pretty irritating. Finally and my biggest gripe is that there is an option for no ads but its a subscription based service (though its not very expensive at 1.99 for 3 months or something along those lines) and is not something i want to pay for multiple times, I understand that the developers need to make money but id rather a higher one time payment than a subscription that repeatedly charges me. Not to mention that theres always the possibility that i get tired of the games and delete BoredButton only to forget that im paying for a subscription on an app i don’t use anymore. All that said its worth a gander as there are a variety of both games and game type and if they either reduce the ads or provide a one time fee for ad removal i will have no complaints.

It's incredible that so many games are packed into one little app, and that it allows for ad-free use when cell data is deactivated and wifi is unavailable. There is a way to mark specific games as favorites, however, there is no way to specify which games are saved offline. I am currently at a point where ALL of the games available offline are ones NOT in my Favorites list (except one, which defeats the purpose of BoredButton since that one game gets boring quickly when I'm offline).

Were there a way to manage which games are available offline, I'd rate it 5 stars. I pay the annual subscription to remove ads (because it's dirt-cheap!!) but that doesn't add any more features (such as installation management).
ALSO: Some games aren't remembering where I left off while others do, one glitches out after reaching a certain level and there's no way to reset its progress while there is for others, and one game fails to load at all– even when connected to the internet. I love BoredButton and wish there were some way I could report these bugs and errors aside from leaving a review.
Overall brilliant game, highly recommended if you find yourself offline frequently.

OMG I LOVE THIS GAME!!! It’s a great way to entertain you when you have literally NOTHING to do other than use your phone. But, I know that a lot of “kids” use BoredButton and a lot of the games on here would be hard to understand for most kids. And it doesn’t let you skip through the games either, for and example I played I game I found boring so I pressed the button and moved on, but later when I was playing the same game was loading so I can play it so, I pressed the button and it didn’t let me skip it. That’s not even the “meh” part. A lot of the games are games that are already in BoredButton Store or that many people can already play without electronics, for an example there is one called color card or something like that, but it’s literally UNO with a different name. Also that so called “transitioning” thing is actually 7 seconds (on BoredButton Store) again WITH A DIFFERENT NAME. And I’m not saying it doesn’t cure boredom because, it definitely does! It just bothered me when I saw that because they most likely DONT HAVE PERMISSION TO DO THAT... but other that all of that, I’d say it’s a pretty good game! xoxoxo Pandapankakes❤️❤️❤️

The idea for BoredButton is genius! I constantly download new apps, get bored of them, and then delete them. This game gets rid of that frustrating process! Instead of having a million apps downloaded on your phone, you can just have one that contains a million games. All you have to do to move on from one game to the next is to press a button. And sure, some of the games are very similar to already existing ones and that might not be ethical or legal, but they sure are fun to play. This would easily be a five star game if not for the ads. I am able to tolerate them because of how amazing BoredButton actually is, but they pop up way to frequently. If the creators could decrease the amount of time that they do this, I would be happy to change my rating to five stars.

I love BoredButton and use it all the time. It is great for people who get bored easily and like different types of games. I have a few suggestions to make it better though. 1 I think you should add an age rating to each game and add a feature to customize witch games you can get based on your age. I know it says 4 plus but not every game seems to fall under that age category. 2. I would like a search box. Sometimes I am looking for a specific game that my friend( who has this game to) is playing that looks fun. 3. Pleeeeeeaaase fix the new update. It is supposed to give you coins and stuff but as soon as I go out of the game and reopen it poof all my progress and coins are gone. Overall I really like this game a lot but please look into my suggestions to improve your game. To be honest I don’t really care about the coins but if you won’t fix it just take it out because like every 30 seconds it just pops up and is like ‘you have a gift.’ And then I mess up and have to restart the level or whatever.

Yes I love the game well should I says games
(Lol🤣) but I hate the ads now don’t get me wrong the games on this thang is fun and if you like the games and would want to play them again you can press the add button and it will go up as a green check mark (not trying to be so specific or anything but yw),and go back and if you get bored and want to play another game then you can just press the big red button and go to another game and now that’s the fun thing but don’t get me started on the ads I hate them like some of them will pop up out of no where when your playing or some of them will pop up when you press the big red button and not trying to make this long so I guess I won’t but I mean that is all I really have to say about this game.
5 stars on the games at least some of them but 4 stars on the ads
What I mean is that if this game had not so many ads there would be 5 stars but the ads make is 4 stars if that makes since.

Bored is like now the thing of the past. I have al of the long car rides all of the time and I get bored with a game really quickly. Now every time I’m looking for a new game I click the button and there you go. No need for data or WiFi I can play offline. It also allows you to save games to favorites as well as show recently played. There is so many games I have had this game for a week and I still haven’t played every game. This game has kept me busy when I’m dying to do something. They have all the games i love like color switch, spike, what’s the word and so many more. This is the only game you will need on your phone. I never write reviews or rate games cuz I’m always getting new ones but this one will stick around and I just had to give it five stars.

Great game!!!Very fun gameplay, and many, many, great games! Graphics are great for a mobile game, and as people say, absolutely a hidden gem! Highly recommended to people who get bored easy!! Not many ads, and you will never be bored! There are many genres for games that all people will love! I’m surprised its free! You can play classic games like Uno, battleship, chess, checkers and many more! Or you can play different games like my personal favorite, It’s raining boxes! I like that you can favorite things and you won’t need internet to play. I can’t stop playing, and wish I could rate more than five stars!! There is no real money involved and overall great game. You can add to your favorite list and make it as big as you would like. If you are bored with a game you can just press the red button. I have some ideas for the game as well. If you could make each game have leagues or challenges that you can complete to win things, that would be awesome! Even though you have many already, and I get a new one everyday, add more games!! Also, if you made a Bored Button 2, I would be first to download!! Absolutely love this game, but I also hate it because I can’t stop playing!! This game is probably the best game I’ve ever seen. I think it brilliant since I go through games really fast. I would recommend this to anyone who constantly has free time or is still in school, like me. When I first saw this game I was just thought it would be like one of the other many games I’ve had, I have it for a couple of days, then deleted it and go find a new one. Before this I’ve had almost two pages of games in my games folder, but since then,I have deleted that folder and put it in my used folder, so now it’s the only game I have. This is so helpful for saving time, I can’t even start to explain it.
I know I’m elaborating a lot on “this is so helpful” and “it’s such a time saver”, but it is, so just get it. It definitely deserves five stars in my opinion.👍👍👍

If there were a second app of this I’d get it! The button could change color and make different sounds every time you press and there’s more buttons to press. The main button can be for games and clicking on the 3 line screen button you could see the menu and on it there’s offline, online, and leaderboard games including a button dashboard where people can press more buttons and each one is a different sound! I see this having more downloads than this one already! I even have an idea for another app for this group Button Maker! I just enjoy clicking the button I wish this company made an app were we can make our own look, color, and sound effect to our own button making whatever sound we want and share them online.

So I’ve had this game for a long time, and whenever I am bored, I can just have one app that provides a lot of cool and exciting games! I cannot explain how useful this is when I’m bored in the summer and I can just open up this game and play on it for hours! This game is so addictive!! I even have to explain to my mom why I’m on my phone all the time! You can have thrilling games all in one, and the best part is that you get to add your favorite games to a special list that you can go back to anytime you want to play it again! Also, I love the fact that whenever you are bored of the game you are playing, you can just hit that red button and try out another game! When we were driving in the car, my older brother saw me playing all of these games and tried out a few! A couple days later, he asked me what it was called so that he could download it! “Bored Button” is also good for all ages, for example, I am twelve and my brother is almost sixteen! “Bored Button” has a ginormous range of all types of games that everyone likes, for example, my brother and I both like different kind of games.. while he enjoys adventure games, I enjoy games that set my high score so I can go back and beat it! Overall, I think that this game deserves five stars for all of the cool games that are organized on my phone!

So I've had this game for a while now and whenever I'm bored (a lot of the time) I go to this game and it NEVER gets old sure it repeats games sometimes but if you favorite your.....well.....FAVORITE games you can go to your favorites and play those I played my favorite games for what felt like 10 minutes when I've been playing for 3 hours and of course I'm exaggerating but still! It's fun and a great time waster if your bored play this game! It's an amazing time waster if you're looking for something to do. Now I'm only 13 so my mom took away my phone for a week because I was playing this game way too much and frankly, I agree with her I was addicted. Now you probably won't be addicted as I was but you'll still have fun playing this game! Wow, felt like I was writing an article there. Haha. It's a great game if anyone seems to look at this and read it all please consider this game!

This is the BEST game I have ever downloaded!!! When you are bored (which I get bored of the same game pretty quick) you just press the button and get a new game. I was looking at games to download because I was bored of the games I already had. I saw this game and I thought it was interesting so I clicked on it. I absolutely DO NOT REGRET MY DECISION!!!! I have had this game for probably 5 minutes and it is my FAVORITE! If you are not sure if you want to download this game I will tell you that you definitely should. Developer I want to tell you something... thank you soooo much for coming up with this game for people like me who don’t like playing the same game over and over again! I think your game is THE BEST GAME EVER INVENTED!!! I love how simple yet fun all the games are. When I can’t beat a level and get frustrated because I can’t I just click the button and all my frustration goes away because I’m playing a super fun new game. Thank you so much for this game!

-Pros | Things I Love About It-
I love to use Bored Button as an application for curing the boredom you get in a long car trip, waiting area, theme park lines, and more. The best bonus that I could ever want is that it is available OFFLINE. It’s also really nice that it’s not one of those “pay to play” kind of apps where it looks completely free but BoredButton has to be paid for to FEEL complete. Having the add free is a good and cheap price if you ever do want to do that.

-Cons | Things To Be Improved-
Usually, I have to wait a long time to switch to a new game using the actual button which is a really big downgrade for me. If there is ANY way that you could make this faster, that would help. The variety of games you have is great, but I wish the games were a bit higher quality and some are just too easy so I hope that you can be able to give difficulty levels to ones that are lacking it and feel to repetitive.

Dear weird button,

BoredButton is so fun it can keep me focused for like 6hrs. Keep up the good work and can you make a game called SPOT IT . It’s a game where you have to put two pictures are the same and buy things in different in the picture if you go easy to hard or you can do easy medium or hard and you have to give them the choice of which they want to pick so put easy medium hard and three little box in the two things but change it up take one picture of the same thing and take stuff away and then take a picture of the same thing again and you have to keep repeating that until you probably take a lot of pictures and I mean that game and that game is really hard for my family.😁😁😁😁😁😁
