Contact Mastercard Airport Ex Support

Very misleading. I started this as an offer from HSBC for 2 visits with a guest each time. Well, they took both visits when I was only there once with my wife, then charged me for my children but didn’t say anything until I saw the bill on my credit card. This was deliberately misleading by HSBC and Lounge Key. Very unprofessional. Even when I called Lounge Key to see if this could be resolved, I’ll I got was “sorry but there’s nothing we can do”. I won’t ever use this service again. They’re not trustworthy.

Doesn’t work/exist in the real world. Certain banks use it to falsely advertise & Mastercard to falsely lure consumers. Can confirm. So this is what happens: 1) Get lured & get the card 2) Call bank to get this activated; they redirect you to Mastercard. 3) Mastercard says we have no idea, call your bank. 4) Bank asks you to reach back to Mastercard & you’re stuck in a loop. Classic case of a redirection scam. Now, that said, you are probably better off getting an Amex since in my experience they are much more reliable for lounge access, other travel benefits & have much superior customer service than Mastercard(even World Elite MasterCards are pretty bad), should such an issue ever arise.

Every single time I try to enter the Avianca Lounge at the Miami Airport, I am rejected. Either under the excuse they are crowded (which by my check is not true) or that the accept after some time (which seems to be whimsical). So, including this Lounge as one you should have access by being a Black Master Card holder is a scam and not true at all. Nevertheless, to say the assistants are quite rude.
