My son was screaming and BabyMonitor didn’t say anything

The worst baby monitor app out there to me. It does nothing but buffer on the parent end and tell you that you can’t use it over two different networks despite being on the same network. It caused my phone to completely crash and would not uninstall without me rebooting my phone.

This is a horrible App. Constantly loosing connection. Both devices need to be on same network, otherwise to use need to buy additional services. I confirmed both my devices were on same WiFi and it still disconnects. When disconnects to see picture need to close out of app and reopen to work. Had to keep baby monitor on selfie mode because regular camera was just a black screen. Did not get notifications every time my baby would cry, it’s very random when it wants to work properly. Highly recommend not purchasing BabyMonitor. Creates more of a headache than a convenience.

Avoid. Frequent connection issues. Unclear in app what/where the problem is as far as which device has the problem. Weird when both are on the same WiFi network.

Then app crashes/unable to load issues fairly often as well. Occasionally have to uninstall and redownload to get back into BabyMonitor . Conveniently app not working around time of subscription renewal so I was unable to cancel before being charged again.
Stay far away.

Terrible user experience. Purchased full version but it keeps saying my account is in trial and wont let me create an account. Refund please

Downloaded this to check it out as i needed to be able to go downstairs while baby sleeps. Tested it in front of the crib and i could hear feedback so i assumed it worked, went down to the kitchen and after a long while constantly checking BabyMonitor thinking it was all fine i get a feeling and when i ran up to check my girl was screaming at the top of her lungs! I didnt hear a thing on BabyMonitor , it still said she was sleeping!

Same glitches and nonstop connection issues, worked fine during trial and I still have 4 hours left. Stopped working out of nowhere and keeps offering upgrade so I can connect through a server. I’m on my WiFi network, secured and within four rooms.

The baby unit closed 4 times throughout the night. I had to go and click back into BabyMonitor in my daughters room, hoping I would not wake her. This also did not allow for me to get much sleep. I highly recommend you save your money and get something better.

When everything is connected this works well but I kept getting notified that a device was disconnected from the network when neither were. Also video would stop working and I’d have to turn BabyMonitor off on my device and restart. Also could see baby was crying but app wasn’t detecting sound randomly.

Every time there is an update I have issues. I try to connect BabyMonitor says I am online but it won’t pair. I need this to work!!! I should have bought a home monitor system

A lot of times, I experience connectivity issues. I even pay extra for the iCloud connection. Otherwise, it works great!

And it works superb. Easy to pair plus clear audio. Highly recommended.

I have to say I didn’t believe BabyMonitor could work in the beginning. It turns out the problem was with my internet provider. When we fixed it, Baby Monitor Free connected immediately and stayed connected throughout all the naps. I couldn’t be happier ‘cause I would have had to buy expensive monitors instead when now I can use BabyMonitor for a fraction of the price. Highly recommend.

I’m glad I downloaded BabyMonitor, it’s got so many functions it’s crazy. I can watch my baby boy, listen to him and talk to him, and I can even play him songs from my phone!!

Seriously the best baby monitor there is. The connection is awesome and doesn’t take up as much time as other apps. And it is just plain easy to use, I’m really happy I bought it.

I LOVE BabyMonitor and so does my kiddos when we use it!!

It’s just super reliable. I set up the noise level telling me when my baby is awake, I had to play and tweak it for a little while for it to be accurate but ever since then it’s been nothing but great.

Been using it over a month and it was well worth paying for the full version. App is stable and rarely disconnects. I like that I was able to use the trial version for ten hours to test it out before purchasing.

BabyMonitor is great 😀

Great user interface, and it paired the devices quickly, but when I started monitoring, it said my devices aren't on the same network. It took several tries to get the devices to see each other. There is a Diagnostics section that tests connectivity. You do have to tap icons at the bottom of both devices after you've started monitoring. By default audio and video are both off. But then it works great. And yes, it is 10 hours, not 10 minutes in the trial.
