I wanted the ability to print and share my calendar without syncing with someone else. CalPrinter allows me to do that plus more! I'm now able to see the holes in my schedule allowing me to utilize my time better. I can quickly view within CalPrinter when scheduling appointments to verify I don't have conflicts. Much easier in CalPrinter than on the calendar! My organization just reached a whole new level!

The reason I gave 4 stars...I would have given 4.5 or even 4.75 but there's one tiny thing that bugs me. When I put in an appointment for a portion of hour it will show the whole hour as busy. For instance, I put in an appointment from 4:30-5:30, this showed correctly. Another appointment from 6-6:30 showed as the whole hour being busy for that single appointment. It would be nice if that was consistent.

I use this to print out copies of my schedule for the fridge, or sometimes just to pull up a quick overview glance on my phone. I've yet to find a mobile calendar app that does this - gives a visual overview of the monthly schedule or way to print. Seems like such a simple functionality that shouldn't be so hard to find...but it is. CalPrinter does it beautifully tho and always syncs with my calendar seamlessly. Even as I'm making edits or changes to my calendar - I can see it instantly updating. Great companion to ios calendar or any mobile calendar app (I've tried many of them)...couldn't function without it now

I was so frustrated that I couldn’t print my calendars from the iphone and ipad. Once i added the Cal Printer app it worked immediately like magic. I was so excited. Usually I have problems installing anything new.

Loving CalPrinter , especially since I can print only my work schedule or print both work and home. Wish both the weekly and monthly calendars printed in portrait with an option to print on 2 pages. This is just what I needed. Highly recommend CalPrinter.

For me, I live and breath on my iCal. CalPrinter not only allows me to share a pdf of the calendars I want to share, but print a history of my daily notes in each event. Easy interface and does what it is designed to do - what else can you ask for.

I love the ability to print a month at a time so I can hang the calendar for the whole family to see. I was actually handwriting everything from my phone onto a wall calendar in the past and it was way too time consuming. Life is easier now and better organized!! ❤️

All kinds of nice details included in the monthly printout. Date and time printed at the bottom very helpful and three monthly calendars last and next month at the top. Handles plenty of your calendars, color coded. Phone interface puts most useful features handy.

Absolutely the easiest app to use for printing your calendar...one month to 12 months or anything in between. I cannot believe that Apple has not included a calendar printing function on iPad just because everyone needs to print calendars at some point in time. Best 2.99 you will spend this year.

CalPrinter comes in so handy because sometimes you just need a hard copy of your calendar to make notes, share, or just glance at without opening your device. It’s completely intuitive; couldn’t be easier to use.

I cannot imagine why Apple does not have this feature as standard! CalPrinter works great and is very simple. I especially like the ability to also print the to-do lists..... Only improvement I would suggest is a bit more flexibility on what list you can print.... I have a lot of them and not all are in daily focus.....

I just got CalPrinter and am getting my feet wet using it. So easy so far and I am beginning to see all the possibilities available. This is going to make my life a lot easier and more organized. It just found my printer and I am gettin the printout now. I am retired but vey active with car clubs, church activities, doctors, friends, volunteering ...etc. all requiring me to keep a tight schedule. This is GOOD!

For some reason, my calendar details for prior years had disappeared from my laptop. They were still on my iPhone but I couldn’t access the information on it. With this new app, I was able to download and print 8 years of calendars. I’m thrilled to have my memories back! Melissa was helpful in walking me through this. Thank you!

I love CalPrinter and used it religiously when consolidating multiple calendars (google, hotmail, outlook at work, sync to school calendar) with Apple’s ICalendar on IPad and IPhone. Work has transitioned us to using Outlook as the main calendar consolidator and now I can’t figure out how to make CalPrinter work with it. Is this possible???? I am desperate to find a solution.

I haven’t had a decent calendar program for many years since the one I had on my old Windows PC. I now have everything on my iPhone and this is perfect for organizing and sharing. A feature I especially love about CalPrinter is the ability to create a list of my reminders in addition to the different calendars. CalPrinter is def worth checking out if you need a good calendar program that is user friendly.

Why an iPad won’t print calendars I’ll never understand. For years I have labored with work arounds like taking screen shots and confining my use to the one calendar all my computers would print and phones could access (Outlook).

Then an Apple tech support supervisor suggested CalPrinter. What a revelation. Easy to use, easier to read after printing, with a helpful color legend of appointment sources. This thing is truly a dream come true! Thank you thank you thank you!

I couldn’t believe I wasn’t able to print my calendar from my iPhone or iPad - function didn’t exist until I got CalPrinter. It’s amazing and the calendars are super clean and pretty, just what I was looking for! I keep everything organized for my family in the calendar and I print it out and display it in our kitchen so we all can stay organized and on the same page and more importantly don’t miss anything! THANK YOU for developing such an easy app, great product! Love it!

This is, hands down, my favorite and most useful app! And it has been for years now.

The only thing that would be better, would be iOS 16 support. When I upgraded, CalPrinter crashes whenever you try and select more than 1 month. I have had to email each individually, which has been ok, but I downloaded another app to make that part easier. CalPrinter is FAR superior, so I would love it if you all could add support for iOS 16.

Really helpful to printout my iPad and iPhone calendar and have a hard copy I can quickly write on or refer to. I have a printout in the office, in my young students’ binders and in the kitchen, and car. I find it easier and more efficient to quickly jot in an event on a hard copy of my calendar and then later add it to my electronic devices. It’s also more convenient when I’m coordinating dates with a group of people in person, rather than than sending out and responding to individual emails.

Amazing product, unbelievably easy. Excellent, prints calendars perfectly. What really floored me was that it works without having to finagle and wrestle with it like so many other apps, computer programs, services, you name it. It installed in less than five seconds, immediately brought up my calendar, found the printer no problem, and I printed it in less than thirty seconds! If only everything in the computer/internet/IPhone/everything connected/service world worked this well!! Bravo and well done Richard!!!

CalPrinter does everything I need it to do. I wish Apple could offer a printing option off of the iPhone.
CalPrinter gives you all the same options iCal gives you as far as choosing which calendars you’d like to view.
