How to fix MAPAS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MAPAS app on iPhone
Update MAPAS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MAPAS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MAPAS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MAPAS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix MAPAS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MAPAS app issues:

Force Stop the MAPAS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MAPAS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MAPAS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MAPAS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MAPAS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MAPAS.

Fix MAPAS unable to contact server/ MAPAS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MAPAS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MAPAS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MAPAS on android.
