Says my app is locked. I thought subscribed a few years ago.
I haven't seen anything new since 8/26.. I'm on android
App Crashes as of 8/26/2023 this morning on both iPhone and iPad both with up to date IOS. Subscription is paid on auto pay monthly. Now today I get notice "Contact the Owner" and then it crashes when I tap on it.
App locks up when loaded….says contact owner.
Page will not load completely, regardless of which browser I use.
Greetings, My account seems to have been deactivated, although I'm still being charged. I had to replace my phone, I couldn't get back on. ... It doesn't recognize my email, so I can't even reset my password. I've been a CAT 1 supporter for 3yrs, and would like to get up and running again.
