Noble: Easy Order. Easy Pay. Reviews

A concert we went to required Noble to buy anything including food and apparel. Download was easy as was finding our concert. Beyond that nothing was smooth. App is not user friendly. It isn’t easy to find out what you need to to to set up and use unless you happen to find the right places to click or get assistance from a nice person that went through the same struggle and offers to help you, which is what I was blessed with! Thanks to that person! Issues such as do you need to enter a credit card or does it use Pay Pal or such. When and where do you enter that info, at set up or checkout? Once we got thru all of that we ordered, app showed order was in queue, eventually changed to say order being made and then after 45 minutes it want back to order in queue. We went to the vendor at the food court and the vendor was unable to help determine status of our order. Fortunately another person who had the same struggle showed us how to use Noble to find your number in the queue. We were number 96 and they were just finishing order 75. Went back to concert and waited another 30-45 minutes and no updates on app. Went food vendor again and they were at order 108. Finally was able to get our order but it was a bit cool and soggy by then. I will only use Noble again if it is “required” again. Hopefully it will be smoother going next time.

Used Noble to order a drink at the Chevalier theater for Aziz Ansari. We walked into the venue and noticed the line for the bar was snaking around the lobby, so figured we'd give it a try. Signed up, quickly linked to my Venmo, then placed an order for two drinks. Noble only allowed two time options for drink orders (both of which had already passed) which seemed weird, but I just clicked the most recent time option. Was a little worried it was too late to order but within 3-4 minutes of submitting our drinks they were made and called out, much faster and easier than waiting in line on a busy night. One couple in line had been waiting ten minutes for theirs, but they DID arrive at peak time for the show whereas we didn't get there until the openers started. Will definitely use again the next time I am in an area theatre!

I discovered this app while I was at a concert at the Wang theatre in Boston. The seating attendants were vigilant about passing out flyers to everyone letting them know that they can order drinks from their seats. I wasn’t planning on drinking at the concert, but with this in mind, I downloaded Noble and gave it a try. The interface was very straightforward, and I found the drink I was looking for on the front page. You can connect Noble to your Facebook, which made the necessary information painless. After I ordered the drink I left my seat to grab my drink, and it was there waiting for me at the designated bar. Super straightforward and efficient. The lines for drinks at the concert were so long so I’m glad I used Noble , and I’m excited to use it in different venues, specifically crowded bars where it is normally an ordeal to get the bartenders attention to order!

I learned about Noble when I went and saw a show in Worcester. I will use this anywhere I can (looks like there are a good number of places that accept it). One of my main issues I’ve had at intermissions at this venue has been waiting in line for something at concessions before a show or at intermission. You don’t have to worry about it with this. You literally open it up, place your order (you pay from Noble ), and then you are notified when the order is ready. As an added bonus you get to walk by the line to pick it up. The venue had really bad cell service in there but it didn’t matter. I will use this anywhere I am allowed and you should too.

Used Noble at the Mesa Arts Center in Arizona for “The Bachelor Live” event. Helped skip the pre-show line and get our candy and drinks much faster as there was a huge line or people getting wine. Downloaded Noble , put in my information, ordered, and waited a couple minutes at the designated spot for then to call my name. Eliminated the person to person ordering process and the manual card swiping which was what was slowing the regular line down.

Another woman saw me waiting pre-show and asked how I did it so I helped her download Noble , set it up, and she ordered her drinks just before intermission and picked them up right as she walked out.

Noble is wonderful when at a venue where there is always a huge line!! I’ve used this at a few different venues in Boston/Boston area since it came out (Wang, Chevalier) and both times it was wonderful. It was great to know that once you ordered and paid it was only a few minutes until your order was ready to be picked up and not have to wait in line!! You just walk right up to where the this app area is set up (also easily seen) and give them your order number and done! Drinks handed over! My girlfriends and I have all downloaded Noble so that we can trade off who gets the drinks too! So easy, definitely give it a try!

Update!

I emailed the company regarding my experience. I received a prompt email back with a truly understanding and apologetic response. They acknowledged the areas that needed fixed and made things right. I will definitely give Noble another try in the future. Just working out the kinks. Best of luck this app!

order drinks on Noble that was being promoted. After roughly 10min I returned to check on my drinks. I stood there for over 20min more waiting for my drinks. They suggested returning to my seat until they were ready. Once the show started I wasn’t going to interrupt the rest of the patrons. Terrible customer service the gentleman promoting said this is the first time at the venue. Make sure you have enough bartenders if you are promoting a service.

Noble is a “no brainer”. We recently attended an event at the Hanover theatre. Put our beverage order in on Noble before finding our seats. By the time we found the pick up spot, our icy cold drinks were ready. With Noble you can add a tip, so you are good to go!
We even ordered our intermission beverage at the same time. We passed through the big line-up waiting for the bar (those people should know about Noble). Our ordered beverages were ready and waiting. On the way back to our seats. The line for the bar was even longer. Love Noble! Thank you for making our theatre experience even better.

I went to see Hamilton at Dallas Music Hall and found they’d recently started using an app to preorder intermission drinks (a must if you actually want to use the restroom also!) I was able to download and register on Noble super easily! No location services to turn on and worry about, just had to choose which bar to pick my drink up from! It would be helpful to add the chance to make a drink a double, instead I chose 2 drinks but the bartender just poured them into a larger cup. Would definitely recommend using Noble . They even sent a message that my drink was ready!

Boy that was a smart move - the lines at every bar - on every level - snaked through the theatre and had at least 20 people on line - and they were moving slowly. I opened Noble - placed my order - and in the time it took to walk from one end of the second level around to the pickup station I received the notification that our drinks were ready. It’s like a VIP pass to cut the line! Works perfectly and no issues - what are you waiting for?!

I discovered this app through an email regarding the show I was attending and installed it immediately to try it out. Arrived pretty last minute to the show but ordered drinks for myself and friends and watched Noble until drinks were confirmed as ready to pick up within minutes. The patrons standing in the long line looked like they wished they had downloaded Noble ...I definitely recommended it to those folks. If the venue you are placing a mobile order at doesn’t have a tipping option be sure to leave cash as it’s not included in the price.

I saw this app mentioned when I was getting my tickets for the Chevalier Theater and I immediately downloaded Noble . There is NOTHING worse than missing any of the show you paid your hard-earned cash for while you stand in the drink line. At the theater my husband and I placed our order while still outside in the security line. Once in we went right to the this app bar and our drinks were ready like magic! Super convenient to pay and tip in app, no digging for your wallet. I will be using this app everywhere they operate from now on!

I was introduced to this app App at the Chavelier Theater. The place was packed and lines were impossible to wait in to catch the start of the show. Luckily the employees were handing out cards for the this app App. It took two seconds to download Noble . Setup was a breeze and connect to pay PayPal. We ordered before we got into the theater and our drinks were ready in 5 minutes. Didn’t need to wait in line, exchange money or even tip (it was included). Overall an awesome app that I would like to see at more events and even some bars/restaurants.

After finding a piece of paper inside my program at Aladdin in Baltimore, I quickly downloaded this app and ordered my intermission🥂 and 🍿. Having to wait in line for the women’s bathroom is always a given, but I was HYPE to not also have to wait in line for drinks! I’d only been to the theater once before, so I wasn’t sure where the snacks were but Noble told me exactly where to go and, just as promised, my pre-ordered snacks were waiting for me at the end of the bar while everyone else queued up to wait to order. Suckers.

Went to a show at The Hanover Theater and our tickets had Noble listed. I downloaded it and am SO happy I did! I'm not sure why people don't. It was very user friendly. I ordered our drinks when we were at a nearby restaurant and chose the time to pick them up. You even have the option to add a gratuity so no cash needed.
Once we went in thru the front doors, we found the spot to pick up our drinks and went straight to our seats with a few minutes to spare. It was great to breeze past the 30+ people waiting in line to order!

I downloaded this app at Laugh Boston over the weekend when I wanted to order food and drinks. Due to the very packed room, it would have been very tough for me to get up and order myself, along with being annoying to the people sitting near me. With this app, I was able to easily order right from my phone, use my Venmo account for payment (a lot easier than pulling out my credit card), select the table I was at, and confirm. My order got there super quickly. Noble has great potential and I hope to see it expand to more bars/venues.

My wife and I went to the drive-in movies and were able to use the this app app for contactless ordering of snacks and beverages. Avoiding lines, and not being rushed allowed us to order items that we did not previously know were on the menu. Noble informed us of order status and delivery info, and staff brought our order right to our location! It was concierge level service during date night at the movies, and that was an unexpected bonus.

Myself and a group of friends attended the Big Night Out concert series at Centennial Park in Atlanta and this app was the exclusive beverage service. Not only did this app allow you to pre-order your drinks, but we were able to order entire bottles, and other services, delivered right to us! Noble was so easy to use and the service so quick! we told all of our friends, and strangers, to download it if they needed drink service that night. I wish this app was at every event we attended!

Used Noble at theater at Fair Park Dallas and was completely impressed. Ordered drinks for my wife and I before we even arrived at the venue. At intermission went to the lobby and found the clearly marked this app table and walked right up and picked up our drinks. No waiting no long lines. Drinks were set up waiting for me to arrive which is great when you only have a short time to get what you need. I was back in my seat while people were still standing in line waiting to be served. Highly recommend Noble for anyplace it can be used!!

Was introduced to Noble while attending a comedy show. I’d been to this venue a few times and - the service was great - but it was noisy and distracting while trying to watch a show.

Enter this app. Once I identified where I was (this is the only thing that needs improvement, but that’s between Noble and the location) I was able to easily access a menu, make the order, add the tip and....wait. The food and drinks were efficiently delivered to our table with little to no distraction from the show!
