I started using the free version about two months ago and it was great for our small group of ten prayer warriors. But since the Coronavirus, our church has started holding audio worship services which caused our numbers to go up. I upgraded to the paid version, but as our call ins increased, I started getting a message that my internet was unstable and had to constantly refresh the screen. It got to a point where I constantly needed to refresh the screen, and the audio quality became horrible ... and all of this after signing up for monthly payments. I have cancelled my subscription and am now trying out more reliable apps. I truly loved this app when we were a group of twelve prayer warriors. It has the “raise hand” feature that is so valuable with audio conferences, but sadly, it is unable to provide reliable service for the whole congregation. I have experienced none of the glitches with the apps I am now trying that I experienced with this one. As a pastor, I recommended this to several colleagues, but have sense corrected myself. I do want to add that I am not talking hundreds of people. Our Sunday service is less than 60.

I have been using this app for a long time and was extremely happy with it, however lately when I have the same number of participants and or less then I’ve been having for the last year a voice recording tells me I’ve exceeded the number of participants allowed? Why now does the app say this when I’ve had the same amount of participants for the last 6 months? I tried without success to upgrade to the conference NOW Pro the app did not work this morning, again.... so I’m forced to find an alternative app that does work with 11 to 13 participants.

I use this for my monthly teleconference, communicating to 30-50 people on average in several states. I’ve had only one instance of me getting bumped off and one instance of those signing in getting bumped off...but could’ve been the connection. I like that it is free to use, as well as muting everyone for one-way communication. Then, I open for Q&A using the hand raise. So far, so good. Thanks for a great resource!
