So many things broken.

I downloaded LandlordGO about a week ago under AnakManis. Today, while I was driving, I opened LandlordGO , asked me to log in, and I quickly chose the 3 ways to log in and instead of getting logged in to my original account, I made a new account accidentally instead. I spent money already on my original account and with this new account, I’m starting back from 0. This new account is Anak Manis. Original account is AnakManis, so getting it mistaken can easily be done. Please have a way to sign out and to sign back in in the game. Also, when I’m sending messages to support, it doesn’t work. It kept giving me error messages. So I couldn’t send ticket to support. Also, I’m using an old iPhone called iPhone 7. Idk if you have heard of it, but using this phone, the screen is smaller than newer phone, so I can’t click some of the buttons because they’re hidden at the bottom like getting an auctioneer and the other agents. But anyway, was enjoying LandlordGO , now that I’m stuck on this new account, I am not spending more money to buy another assissitant because I’ve bought it on my original account. So in conclusion, this is a 1 star game that stole my money. Unless they fix this problem, I’ll change the rating. Game seem great, but they have too many problems.

Could be fun but bugs everywhere.

I enjoy this game but there’s a lot of problems that keep me from spending money on it. 1) collections is supposed to be a %20 buff to my income but when a property is 2m in rent and collections is only awarding me 127k that’s not %20. 2) I bought all upgrades for a property that’s supposed to increase rent by %25 so 2mil rent should be increased by 500k but it’s only increasing my rent by 246k. 3) I’ve leveled 25 times and your supposed to get coins for leveling but when I claim the coins I’ve only actually received the coins a hand full of times. 4) majority of the time I’ll watch ads for coins only to not receive the coins and I’m still sitting at 0/5 ads watched. Thought maybe it’s glitched so I’ll reload the game and watch another ad only to still not receive the coins and counter still hasn’t moved, this one happens ALOT. 5) there’s a few adds that come up that do not allow me to exit out to claim my double rent after being logged out for a while. The “X” would appear in the top left corner of my iPhone XS Max and I cannot click it and I have no choice but to exit LandlordGO , when I log back in I can no longer double my rent for the night.

Meh it has alot of good ground work

The game is fun but there are some minor things that really zap the fun for me and push me away from wanting to play. The sliders when buying land feel completely off and there impossible for me to grab. I have small fingers so i can normally be accurate with my taps but it takes me like 2 minutes of frustration to even get them. I live in the country and theres not alot of places for me to really develop on and i feel like there should be a slightly larger area you can see places from, right now my different location jump up by 10s of thousands. The skill tree is absolutely never shown by the tutorial and because if this i assumed it would come via levels but it takes coins that i spent on cash instead and now i feel like im at a major disadvantage. Im a very competitive play and i am commonly quite adaptable to games and can get good at the quickly but for this it feels like theres no fluctuations in where you buy and there seems to be no possible way for me to really catch up to people except for constant micro management of buying and collecting cash

Looks Fun

Never liked Pokémon go but the same idea with investing in real estate seems fun. I loved sim city which is similar. What got my attention was that it is similar to monopoly. I always used to love playing these. The management and ownership of land is similar and even better in this game. I love how it takes time and effort to earn money and coins. It makes the game an actual challenge. I get super excited knowing that I am the sole owner of mini important places around me. I just wish that more people in my area would join so that it would be competitive. One thing that slightly bothers me or confuses me is that there are some property is that someone merely wrote in. There’s duplicates for certain important places which makes me less happy to be an owner of it. These are usually written in lowercase letters. Example : mission oaks hiking trail Or one example is that I own Adolfo Camarillo High School. However someone seems to have added another version achs. I would suggest that the properties to buy should only be names of legitimate businesses. Another thing that would be cool is to allow for us to hire an agent without paying real money ($5.99). They should allow coins or in-store money to buy this, even if it takes a ton of time saving up. All in all I do enjoy this game and I have been trying to tell a couple friends to sign up.

Virtual fun

I started playing and had an idea that it was going to be similar to pokemon go, where you have to move around to different places to buy them. Being someone who like to be motivated to go places, i was a bit disappointed to see that i really dont have to move at all. That aside, this has the makings of a top notch idle game, what with the fact that the idle mechanics are pasted onto things that exist in the real world is amazing. Some ideas i had to improve the game were to add some small features in the form of mimi games or something when buying lands or to give them boosts. Just something to break up the pattern of: collect, buy, repeat. The other idea was to add some sort of walking feature. That you have to take a certain amount of steps if you want to buy something depending on the cost(upgrades available to reduce amount needed), or simply a discount for being in the vicinity of a place. Thank you for making this game free. I have really been enjoying it.

Pretty nice

This game is in my opinion a very unique game. One of my friends who recommended it to me and boy was he not wrong about how good this game is. The first thing I like about this game is the Buy property and then upgrade said property. I find it fun and interesting since I am buying businesses that are near me then upgrading them like a boss. The only complaint about that tho is the amount of coins I NEED to have In Oder to upgrade them. Cause boy oh boy does it cost quite a hefty amount of coins. Another thing I like about this game is the bidding. The bidding makes the world feel refresh and reminds you that your not alone and a lot of other players are doing what your doing and want some of them properties. But the only nit pic that I have is that the game can be a little slow in loading the amount of coins you have or the amount of coins it costs to upgrade your. Another thing is that the game can feel a little slow at times and the amount of money you get from properties feels low and at times I’ve had to use the coins I need for upgrading skills to buy money. Otherwise a pretty fun game 🙂

Very Intriguing

I’m honestly addicted to the game. As a person who is quite fond of analytics, data, research, math, and finances, I find this game very fun. It’s not hard, you get to “purchase” nearby places AND send your property agent to other places, even countries to “purchase” places from those areas. If you’re not a fan of waiting before proceeding in a game, you’re probably not gonna like this game as you’re gonna have to wait for your wallet to refill from the property rent you collect. It is an idle game after all. Unfortunately, you do start out with a very small amount of money and, in my area, I was unable to find a place easily that I could afford to purchase. Luckily, LandlordGO does feature a filter function to help remedy this issue a tad. You’re also given a limited wallet limit that increases each time you level up. You can use coins to upgrade your properties or skills or even place your property on the marketplace for other users to bid on. The coins are something you’ll have to fill out surveys for, watch videos, level up, accept offers, or spend actual money on, so be mindful how they’re used.

Great game

I love idle games and seen this one nd wasn’t sure if it was an idle game. When you open it for the first time it tells you , you have to use GPS to play. So I said yes and when it changed screens the game started on my neighborhood.... WHATTTTTY!!! That’s amazing. As I’m playing I seen my doctors office was for sale (my rl doctors office ) that’s crazy. This game is so fun. I didn’t give it 5 stars for 1 reason. I felt the tutorial was way to short. You log in, it tells you to buy your first property and it then tells you to use a coin to speed up the buying process so you can start collecting rent. Then it moves onto setting up your character. That was it. I then felt a bit lost. So that would honestly be my only issue. I did just start to play 20 mins ago. Even though there isn’t a long tutorial you can figure it out with time. Cash helps you to buy the properties I’m sure what else its used for😐but again I just started . Coins are used to speed up the buying process and you can also use them to buy more cash. You can also purchase coins if you want. You earn rent when away but I don’t know for how long yet. I was just away for about 30 mins and there was rent when I came back. Another thing you can do is move your agent. With that I think it’s cool because I can really buy property anywhere, your not just stuck in your neighborhood... all in all this is a great game 😊😍

Great Game

I play Landlord Go almost every day now. For me, Landlord Go is far more enjoyable to play & interesting then any of the rest of the Landlord games out there in LandlordGO Store. having an Agent that we can send out to explore other areas, is the best highlight feature to me. I like the Maps Details as well, except all blue color, I don’t know why? Anyway, I’ve played just about every other Landlord, property owning game out there on LandlordGO Store, I will refrain from listing them, but we all know Who those games are. They are just simply, not as enjoyable to play as Landlord Go is.

There is one small thing I would like the Landlord Go game to do differently, but is just minor issue, The Date, on which we originally buy the first share of a Property. It would be nice to be able to sort from that date. But the dates get changed when we buy more shares. If we have the original Dates, our list would reflect the paths we have traveled and a chronological order of all the properties purchased. That Date should stay the same on the properties, weather we buy 1 share or 1000 share on the first buy.

Keep up the Great Work Reality Games!

Honest Opinion

I will start off by saying I like LandlordGO a lot. I’m literally on LANDLORD GO everyday trying to figure out what company’s and properties but sell and upgrade. It gives you a real sense of company ownership and even though it’s just a game/simulation, you learn when, where and how to invest the money gained and which properties you favor based on specific attributes you favor or deliver the best results.

I honestly haven’t gotten into the Augmented Reality mode. I’m not really drawn to it because so icons don’t show, but I think I may have to be a bit closer to a specify property in real time to get the best benefit from it, but other than that I have no negative things to say about LandlordGO . All I have to say it y’all just keep LandlordGO as up to date as possible and everyone and anybody be can enjoy, keep doing your thing and I “WILL” be richer than you, I’m game and in reality, WATCH!!!🔑📈💪🏿

Good Game

I’m a real estate investor and I own some properties. I would say that while yes this is a game, there are some variables I would like to see. I’ve noticed in the “cost” factor that there are high rates. While I know you’re probably doing thing for balance purposes there are some things I would look into. A bunch of commercial buildings have Triple Net leases more commonly referred to as “NNN” lease. That takes the cost of you the investor away. You just have to pay property tax. Now I understand that might not be a plausible thing to do with the games system but I think we could maybe increase profit ratios and then make time to get payed a little longer? Also when selling a property I think capital gains tax would be a good thing to implement Atleast in the USA. I have no idea what it’s like in other countries. There are some other things I forgot but I will update my review as I play more :) thank you for a good game! I woll be playing it a lot!

Love it

Fundamentally this is exactly what I needed. I'm having a ton of fun purchasing all my preferred frequents. I even went for a stroll this week just to get a few portions of cool stuff downtown. The capacity to send the operator somewhere else on the planet is adjusted well, so I feel like my real area isn't unimportant, but on the other hand I'm not seriously incapacitated or helped by it. The cat-and-mouse game is even. I can sign in a couple of times each day and have something to spend, in any event, when I can't stand to purchase additional coins straightforwardly, yet it's enticing. The bundles appear to be sensibly liberal in their payouts. I'm certain attempting to use this enormous measure of information is dubious. The game has some minor slack refreshing itself on occasion, a portion of the work of art feels incomplete, and there are some unusual errors like mis-ordered organizations (My nearby Bowling Alley appears as a "health focus"). That is the reason I've just gone 4 stars, however none of these things influence the capacity to play the game.

Loving this game!!

I’m enjoying this game far more than the other ‘property investment’ games I play. On ‘Landlord’ I have yet to find how I can purchase more stocks in properties I already have shares in and in ‘Estate Inc’ you have to collect each individual rent or pay for uses of the ‘collect all’ feature. I like ‘getting to own’ part of my school/workplace/neighborhood and the places I visit and have good memories of. I wish the ratings could go up to 10 because I would put the others I’ve played so far at a 5; they take far more effort than Landlord Go when you are just looking for casual fun and to tell your kids you ‘own’ their schools; or at least part of them. ^^ I’m a bit away from reaching that point because I have to find it on the map feature or go there myself and I just haven’t had the opportunity while they are with their father. Maybe next month; if those places are in the game and not sold out to other parents/staff/attendees of them.

10/10 would recommend

Overall a great little idle game and truly a micro transaction game that doesn’t murder you with ads and it’s micro transactions don’t exceed $1.99. I find that rare in this genre of games so that was a real gem. On top of that there isn’t days of down time forcing you to spend cash at the onset of play or wait days to buy a second property as with similar games.

I started playing and within an hour had my wife hooked and now she is addicted as well. We both bought the 1.99 assistant which increases the standard 4 hour afk to a 12 hour afk for sleeping and that is all we have sunk into this and we are still having a blast. We have come across no forced ads in all the time playing and there is only an optional ad when you first log in to double your earnings from while you were gone, an obvious choice to click in my opinion. Lasting the in game “purchase able” currency can be found daily lying in briefcases around your home or neighborhood, and you earn some with each level up.

Overall 10/10 recommending this to my friends.

Best Idle Game

By far the best idle game I’ve played. By being able to buy properties that I actually recognize and know adds a whole extra layer of depth to the game, and it’s also interesting to see what other players own shares in which properties, which I’m sure will really add even more market elements once more players join and there’s no more shares available in certain businesses. Even though it’s GPS based, you have an agent you can send to wherever you want, and then s/he can give you access to places that are beyond your reach. I think the main thing I want to see improved in the game is the friend system, it can be a little hard to understand. I can refer someone but I can’t figure out how to add friends who already have accounts. One big thing that needs to be changed, is that there needs to be a way to see how much certain perks will increase things. For example, I can upgrade my tycoon perk, but I don’t know how many properties that’s going to bring me up to, all it tells me is the level of the perk. If I could see what stats I had from perks and what I would gain from leveling it up then I’d be a lot less hesitant of buying them.

A phenomenal game

The fact that you can buy properties of the places around you is amazing. It makes the game come to life. You don’t need to buy a bunch of things to play. I bought the 12 hour idle which allowed me to actually enjoy the game without having to hop on every 4 hours to collect my profit without having to spend coins to retrieve it. It was only $1.99 so it wasn’t bad at all. It’s gonna be the only purchase I make in the game. Everyday I hop on and there is a screen to watch an ad and double the profit for the day or just collect it. That feature is so amazing and makes the game alittle easier and makes it more fun. Overall the game is very fun in the aspect of you hop on twice a day for 10 min collect profits, buy or upgrade properties, and upgrade skills. It’s an idle game so it doesn’t require all your attention or time which is what I want in a game.
