I’m a flight attendant and have been using MyFlightForecast for years. Since you changed it, it no longer shows the turbulence information I was getting before. You no longer include Hawaii routes. It’s not user friendly. Please change it back.
Just downloaded & MyFlightForecast says “no airport for the code” I entered. Tried using the name as well as code for Atlanta, LAX. Is it just malfunctioning today or am I doing something wrong?
Can’t get it to work. After putting in credit card info it keeps showing me $6.99 on the my flight screen which is locked and charged me $9.99. Getting ready to delete and dispute charges.
I paid 4.99 plus tax 5.04 wouldn't load my flight couldn't find refund button and to cancel.

Turbulence map nice in being able to tap on encoded data on map but there is nothing on map instruction user to tap the FAA turbulence icon for additional details. If there are direction to do this, I may have missed it.
Absolutely the best app I ever downloaded! The information really helps me prepare for any trip-I am a frequent and nervous flier and MyFlightForecast really proves that "knowledge is power"! Can't believe it's free!
