Sorry for the 1-star review, as I really love NTS and their programming. But I had to get their attention. For months I’ve been experiencing playback issues (13.3 version iPhone iOS) and I’ve sent a few emails and haven’t heard back. Live stations play just fine but all mixes through discover or search never work!! I always get a “oh snap there was a playback error” when I go through mixcloud too. I’ve deleted and redownloaded NTSRADIO , cleared cache, upgraded flash and still - nothing. Very sad and very frustrating to say the least!

Hope you can help fix this problem so I can revise my rating to the 5 stars this station deserves on programming and musical talent alone!

All the content available on NTS is amazing. NTSRADIO however is buggy. The newest update has made things worse. Playback of archived content lasts about 2min and then NTSRADIO crashes. It needs to be re-written from ground up as this has gone on for sometime now and newer patches haven’t resolved this only made it worse. Great music though.

NTS is the best thing to happen to my music life in the past few years, but when I listen with my iPhone NTSRADIO crashes constantly. So I go back and restart the episode, only to have it crash again ten minutes later. After months of this I've finally given up. Would love it if the developer would fix this problem. 😫

The music is world class but NTSRADIO itself is in desperate need of updates and fixes.

The interface is buggy and it doesn’t allow easy rewinding or scrubbing around a playlist. In fact, it sometimes prevents you from scrubbing backwards entirely.

The search function is poorly implemented. If you search for a show by its name, it will show you that show’s playlists in a seemingly random order with no way to sort by “most recent.”

Importantly, it lacks Chromecast support which is a huge bummer— Airplay is clunky and occasionally freezes or turns off on my Roku TV. Makes for a frustrating listening experience.

love NTS' structuring of programs and easy to use interface for NTSRADIO, but it's more than occasional that the broadcast stops for 3-10 seconds every 2 minutes (more prevalent in infinite mixes).. it's infuriating beyond words when ya in a groove :/

Excellent music content, especially the themed streaming stations. Love the content.

I docked one star for functionality - the only thing missing now is casting options (airplay, Chromecast, etc)

I started listening to NTS this last year and they have some of the best shows of any internet radio there is. NTSRADIO is smooth and works extremely well. My only issue is that in a recent update it goes to the schedule when you click on a show that's playing, instead of the show details.

So many times I run into a song I like and can’t recognize it on the list. Sometimes I get the name of the song through cues in the song, other times I find it through transitions. I hate having through the list in order to the that song to find the name of it.

After using Siri or any other iOS audio like alarms, live radio pauses and doesn’t resume after finishing. have to go into NTSRADIO and click other station to unlock original station :(

The design and user experience across devices is well done. I love their branding.

Found NTS through a few of my friends who are hosts, haven’t stopped listening ever since. I find music I personally listen to along with discovering different artists / genres from hosts. Listening live around the globe is the best. NTS is my radio.

i don’t really write reviews but i had to write a review because with this most recent version all of the problems in previous versions and more have been improved. best thing! it holds your place in a podcast when you exit NTSRADIO and listen to something else. it’s so good. besides i love the NTS community. the music is killer and they have great taste

I’ve been a listener to NTS for a long time now but never realised there was an app! Been suffering through Mixcloud’s terrible search function. Now I stumbled across this. Getting my Charlie Bones fix every day, Moxie once a week now, and all the other wonderful shows are way easier to find. Discovering new stuff in particular is much easier. Don’t wait, download.

I love NTS but NTSRADIO will crash before I get to the end of a mix EVERY SINGLE TIME. Might be 5 minutes in, might be an hour, but it will happen. App just closes. Fix please!

NTS radio... I remember being in college and getting turned on to incredible music by all the people I was meeting. I graduated about 20 years ago and well has gone dry. NTS is like that all over again. I can’t say enough kind things.

I love NTS, have been listening for years. 🦈🦕☀️ So happy to discover that NTSRADIO is also great. It’s clean and easy to navigate, and never crashes. The live stream works well and the mixcloud plug-in is perfect for listening to archives and discovering new shows. Highly recommend

I’ve been such a huge fan of multiple online radio stations over the years but when I came along NTS on SoundCloud I was in love but, I hated NTSRADIO .. anyways, long story short.. Here I am loving this NTS radio app and couldn’t be happier with the options! Plus it’s easy to use.. bless you NTS❤️❤️❤️

I’m the kind of person who listens habitually to the same 10 things on repeat. NTS is a trap door Into different times, countries, and minds.

Every day I listen to different takes on the same genres and it’s fundamentally changed the soundtrack to my days.

It’s a Gem.

Listening to various shows for literally months, I’ve only heard a handful of songs that I’d ever heard before. The songs you haven’t heard are endless and NTSRADIO allows us to know that concretely. It’s enriched my capacity for pleasure immeasurably.

Hands down my favorite app ever, but I just realized that I’ve not been able to backtrack on episodes like I used to. What gives? I just paid the annual fee to support and hoped it would restore the ability to do so, but I was wrong. Please help!

NTS is amazing, bar none. The only problem I have is frequent crashing of NTSRADIO . Otherwise it is flawless.
