Got an email from them claiming I had requested to cancel my flight, when I did no such thing. The emails says you can’t reply to the email, but you can send a message via the app, but there is no option in this app.
I assume they are playing games bc my flight was cancelled due to Covid, I was able to reschedule the flight directly w the airline and did so. Now they’re probably trying to get their money back, but since my rescheduled flight is next month I’m worried this incompetent shady company is going to end up cancelling my new flights.
Anyway it reinforces the fact you should always book direct w the airline, saving a few dollars is not worth it when you have zero help when something like this happens.
