I tried to use it to watch my sister dance on NexStar but it kept crashing and I tried to restart it DanceBUG is total trash and worthless of DanceBUG this is what it is 🗑🚮

Terrible! Can’t acces anything it’s all
Blank. Won’t even let me buy subscription which of you can buy it, don’t waste your money.

I’ve been literally trying to load a live video for a hour and nothing is working. I tried deleting DanceBUG , restarting it, and even restarted my phone. Please fix this, it’s annoying and frustrating!

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. We don’t live in same city as granddaughter so it’s only way to watch her competitions. Let me rephrase…we couldn’t watch her competitions!! Guess it forces parents to buy videos at an astronomical price. Ridiculous!!

After I loaded DanceBUG could not view live stream. Kept hitting button and all it said was please select the city. I did, would not do anything, kept repeating the same message. Worthless app.!!!

These photos and videos are very important to parents and the live feed is how many friends and family are able to view. Act like capturing and delivering these memories to us actually matters to you please.

DanceBUG does not work well with an Apple phone, you actually can view more on the website. You cannot purchase individual pictures! DanceBUG was extremely aggravating, save yourself the frustration.

Can’t access any live event info. Message says ‘check your connectivity’ even though I’ve got a perfect WiFi connection and every other app on my phone is connecting fine.

I have been emailing and calling because I cannot access my photos and videos from a comp we attended. They were quick to initially respond however, I’ve spoken to three people via email all three asking the same questions and when they got to asking me what competition she attended all three never responded after that. My phone call was left with it needing to go to a different unit and 5 hours later no communication back. Was hoping for a quicker response.

Daughter and I tried to watch her former teammates dance at a Starpower competition. App kept crashing, multiple times we deleted and downloaded again. Finally got notifications to start but the times were off because we’re on the east coast and they’re on the west and the times all came across locally. I was never able to get a link for a livestream either. Literally the worst app ever.

There is no reason that in 2021 that you should have a mobile site that is next to impossible to enter any data. I couldn’t even buy my all access pass via the mobile site because my key board covered the last of the information I needed to buy something.

I was trying to watch my teammates so their solos through the live stream and it wouldn’t load. I had good internet connection. Later I went back on to watch another teammate and it said that the competition will start again at 8:00am. I check again within about five minutes and awards had started. Awful and needs to be fixed

I was only able to watch a couple of my grand daughter's dances on the live stream. Kids can live-stream on their phones!? Why is it so difficult to turn on the camera and keep it on!? Seemed to work great, then cuts out and says "event will begin shortly". The competition does not allow taping or live streaming the dances, so this is the only way I can watch and it is so frustrating!

App stopped working today and I tried everything to make it work. I shut my phone off twice, kept clearing the page and restarting DanceBUG , and even deleted it all together. All it did was it kept saying error or that I needed to check my connectivity. The website wasn’t working either. My luck being it probably couldn’t work in my favor for the whole week of nationals. It worked perfectly yesterday though.

DanceBUG works some of the time. I cannot access any of my child’s pictures (can’t even get to that option). Everytime I delete DanceBUG , download and reneged log-in information it freezes up on me.

Great idea, poor quality.

I love DanceBUG and everything but I find it annoying that you can’t download your videos from DanceBUG to your phone. Or maybe you can but I haven’t found out how yet. Not a lot of people can access DanceBUG as easy as they can access a video simply being uploaded from your camera roll.

I love that I can watch my friends dances the days I don’t compete but I felt like I missed there dance it loads for so long and then says bad connection

I LOVE this app but the only thing is, sometimes your competition doesn’t use this app so you have to buy a $15 program to see the schedule ect. Another con is, if your competition is running late or early this app’s schedule won’t catch up.

this app shows you where you are, food places around you, coffee shops, hotels, your routines, the full schedule, and routines that are on stage and routines that are about to go on stage.

I have been using DanceBUG for a month. It's very useful for me to show my grandson's dance.

It was so good because I could see all of my friends doing their competition. It would say DanceBUG is amazing.

I spent so much time trying to watch my teammates dance and the live stream was not even available! Don’t download it trust me!

Our whole studios videos are very dark!! You cant see the kids faces at all! Please correct and resend. Revolution talent comp. Long Island May 3.

It would take to long to list them all.

There’s no excuse why a website doesn’t scale their server load to meet demands during special events. Get with the program, folks.

Would not let me log in from last year that I used it, frustrating

The live schedule and notifications don’t match up to the live video so you end up missing the dances you wished to watch.

If I could give it a zero I would. I’ve been sitting here for forever trying to load one dance and nothing is loading. The websites not much better.

Open DanceBUG ; DanceBUG shuts down. Please fix DanceBUG !!!
