I have sent multiple messages, wrote on the Facebook page and no response at all! Been having technical difficulty signing in on Posture . It has never let me sign in via Posture and I have paid for a year subscription.
I am blown away by how helpful Posture is! There are so many facets to explore. This is becoming an integral part of educating my personal training clients. A picture (or better yet, video) IS worth a thousand words!!!
Posture is a must have if you are interested in how the body moves, how to correct postural misalignments and if you are into teaching and sharing. An amazing and detailed work.
It is a fantastic app. The only thing I’m not excited about is the mispronunciation of some of those muscles. That really hurts my ear.

This prog is good
I’ve had access to desktop version for five years and it just keeps getting better. Just downloaded Posture on iPad and like it even more. Great for any movement instructor or student wanting to know how a body part moves and exercises that can help improve or maintain movement. Wonderful alignment guidance too.
