Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Theo app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Theo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Theo app on iPhone
Update Theo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Theo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Theo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Theo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Theo app issues:

Force Stop the Theo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Theo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Theo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Theo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Theo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Theo.

Fix Theo unable to contact server/ Theo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Theo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Theo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Theo on android.
