Upper Hand Sports and Fitness Reviews

UpperHandSportsandFitness crashes regularly and, due to a badly timed crash, created duplicate profiles so that every time I book something, it double books, but for some reason I have no option to delete the duplicate profile on UpperHandSportsandFitness or cancel bookings without calling the business.

This is the first time I have ever written a review but UpperHandSportsandFitness has to be the most difficult app ever for a customer to use. Every month it is a struggle (guessing every clickable area) to find the calender. It would be nice to add that to the home screen or the managed profile screen. User friendliness would be a plus.

UpperHandSportsandFitness is terrible, crashes all the time. I can maybe schedule one thing before I have to shut it down and start over again. As a business owner, I’m spending most of my time dealing with issues regarding upper hand. Our last scheduling software was free and ran much better.

Frequent crashes. No way to set preferences or defaults. No way to remove a gym or training location even if you never want to use it again. I hate using it.

Very buggy. Continuously receive processing errors when attempting to add to my cart. Chat support is nonexistent. I'll try to work around using UpperHandSportsandFitness until I find they've dedicated some competent developers to the product.

UpperHandSportsandFitness doesn’t work!! I set up an account and haven’t been able to log back in and get my son scheduled. This is the only way to schedule so needless to say he doesn’t get to go anymore.

It won’t let me set up an account.... not very new user friendly :-(

Put in wrong email address and can’t seem to change it to register.Sent message for help and never heard back.

I train and work with pitchers and hitters at the little league and high school level for baseball and softball. Most my training consists of group clinics, camps and some lessons. I have been using Upper Hand to organize my business and improve how I work with clients. The new app is a great addition. They continue to help me stay up to date on technology without needing technical expertise. So far I appear to be able to use all their web software functionality and parents are enjoying the new convenience. I look forward to seeing more updates and releases but five stars out of the gates.

If you are a team manager, use UpperHandSportsandFitness. If you’re a team parent, ask your manager to use it. If you’re a coach, get ALL YOUR TEAMS on it. I’m not an app user but I manage two teams and could absolutely not do it without Hand Sports.

i have enjoyed using upper hand's software the past year and very excited they launched a true mobile app. the software is good and i know they have some exciting things planned for the application. one of the only sports softwares i have seen that allows you to set up very custom registrations. also, the support team is great and always there when i need help. i would recommend them.

As a team manager, I love UpperHandSportsandFitness. Super convenient and easy to use. Love UpperHandSportsandFitness!! It helps keep our family organized and on top of oir crazy sports schedules
