Double books and crashes/hangs frequently

The app crashes regularly and, due to a badly timed crash, created duplicate profiles so that every time I book something, it double books, but for some reason I have no option to delete the duplicate profile on the app or cancel bookings without calling the business.

This is the first time I have ever written a review but this app has to be the most difficult app ever for a customer to use. Every month it is a struggle (guessing every clickable area) to find the calender. It would be nice to add that to the home screen or the managed profile screen. User friendliness would be a plus.
Worst running app on my phone

This app is terrible, crashes all the time. I can maybe schedule one thing before I have to shut it down and start over again. As a business owner, Iâm spending most of my time dealing with issues regarding upper hand. Our last scheduling software was free and ran much better.
