I’m a retired teacher and a mom, and I have not found a better program than Marco Polo. My tenant’s preschool age daughter asks for it by name. We tried a lot of free apps, to see what we liked. I wouldn’t give any of them more than one star (at best). Marco Polo is excellent for preschool through primary grades. It is an flexible, highly visual program that can be adapted to an individual’s needs. It can be used for introducing or reviewing both verbal and pre-reading/reading skills leading to mastery of foundational skills (patterns/memory/phonics/vocabulary). It introduces children to a wide variety of non fiction topics, thus supporting comprehension. It is a high interest program that appeals to children. And, like all excellent programs, the teacher in me suggests that parents use it together with their children, because one thing always leads to another! 🙂

As a homeschooling mom, MarcoPoloWorldSchool is an AWESOME supplement to your child's education!!! I'm wildly impressed how fun and engaging MarcoPoloWorldSchool is. Shout out to the team behind this putting in every little detail to make this function beautifully and effortlessly for little ones.
I have a feeling my kids will be treasuring this as a part of their routine for a longggg time. Tonight was their first time using MarcoPoloWorldSchool . Within just 45 minutes they had flocked to me at the dinner table to teach me all the fun facts they learned!
I can't even tell you how many times I heard them say, " MOM DID YOU KNOW???...."
They were even able to incorporate what they learned with our dinner, they were just FILLED WITH SO MUCH EXCITEMENT and that right there is what learning is all about!!

This is the only subscription app that my husband and I know is not one to be cancelled. Our family utilizes MarcoPoloWorldSchool so much it pays us both back in the education our child receives and retains! The Marco Polo Learning Team does a great job showing the world to kids and introduces complex concepts to young audiences in such clever and relatable ways. My child just started kindergarten and is excelling because she has received a broader world view and understands more about how things work through MarcoPoloWorldSchool. Thank you all for the years that we’ve gotten to spend enjoying this learning tool as a family! The sky’s the limit!

I think the idea behind MarcoPoloWorldSchool is great but it’s content is extremely limited, I didn’t find much difference between my 9 yr olds profile and my 4 yr olds. I thought it also said you could have up to 6 kids (profiles) but I was only able to make 3 which doesn’t work for me since I have 6 kids. My autistic son did enjoy MarcoPoloWorldSchool but it just doesn’t have enough diversity on it for me to pay $8/month, it was very one note. I would just say do the free trial and see if it is right for you but I didn’t feel it was worth it. I gave it 3 stars because my child did enjoy it and it was easy to cancel my subscription through MarcoPoloWorldSchool Store and I wasn’t charged, it just wasn’t as good as the advertisement I felt.

My son just turned 2 and can not get enough of this amazing app! It’s the best one we’ve found! He has learned so much and is already learning site words and body systems and so much information about different animals from all over the world! I also have and 11 year old daughter and nieces and nephews from age 4-10 who also love to sit with my little guy and learn with MarcoPoloWorldSchool! I would highly recommend it to anybody considering it. It’s worth every cent!! Plus they are constantly adding new lessons and field trips to MarcoPoloWorldSchool . As an educator myself, trust me. You want MarcoPoloWorldSchool.

Initially had difficulty with signing up and felt like a limited customer service response, however when I requested help again swift and helpful outcome. I love the site and was disappointed that I might not be able to use it, also can sign both my kids up whereas other learning sites usually require separate subscriptions so it’s excellent value. My kids love it, this is the only app I’ll let them use as I feel it complements all of our other non screen activities extremely well

My son loves MarcoPoloWorldSchool and I love that they send me a one min video clip of what he’s watched so we can discuss it at dinner. I can’t tell you how many times he has recited a fact or used a word like theropod or otoscope correctly in a sentence and when I ask him how he knew that, the answer is always “Marco’s World”. He stays on top of the days of the week because of MarcoPoloWorldSchool and is always excited for the beginning of the month because that’s when their new activities come through. Did I mention he’s for and thanks to Marcos works was doing all this at just 3?

So, like others, I love MarcoPoloWorldSchool . The videos are amazing and ideal for younger learners. I have only just started trying it. I do have a more advanced learner though, and wanted to know if the games got progressively more challenging? For example, spending a lot of time on phonics and sight words for a fairly fluent reader, while isn’t bad, isn’t maybe the best use of her screen time. She still loves playing and I know there is still value there for her, but I’m just curious if MarcoPoloWorldSchool will eventually recognize her level and adjust the activities?

My grandsons loved MarcoPoloWorldSchool until a forced update caused it to stop working entirely, both on the iPad and my iPhone. I unsubscribed initially but was contacted by the developers with the suggestion to try an uninstall and a reinstall. I did that with the result that it was again working fine to the delight of my grandsons and was better than ever with the human body section now added. I changed my subscription status back to subscribed because this is absolutely the favorite educational app here. Thanks not just for MarcoPoloWorldSchool but for great support!

Here’s the thing. I’m not anti-vaccine/vaccination, but I also don’t think promoting it belongs in a kids educational app. It’s a slippery slope. Sticking to things like physics, zoology, climate, etc should be the focus here. Otherwise, it really comes across as pushing an agenda that is already pushed all over the place. What’s next? Kids need melatonin supplements at bedtime? Kids have to eat dairy for strong bones? Fluoride needed for dental health? I don’t actually care what people think about any of those topics, but you’re blurring the line between educating on applied/natural science vs industrial science. Market those things to adults who can make up their own minds about such things, but not to kids... that’s called propaganda.

You apps has positive significant learning effect on my daughter by just using it for the first time. She never bored, and she learned more faster than I expected. I tried some apps and paid much but yours is way far worth spending and helpful, knowing it's my daughter's first time to use it. What’s more I am just on the free trial period. In addition, what caught my full attention is your speed response 24/7 when I ask something related to the apps.

I just barely signed up for the 1 week free trial and it won’t allow me to do nothing. It won’t me even start my free trial to test it out. I try to log in and it says my subscription expired when I’ve never had a subscription before and I barely signed up just a few minutes ago. It asks if I want to go to support and I click on it and it says error and if on continue, it takes me back to the page to make me pay for the subscription out of pocket and renew it. Says my subscription ends on October 10 but won’t even let me in or restore my subscription. Everything is error or won’t load at all.

I am a full time working mother and I make sure to sit down every night with my 3 year old son to play this game together!!! We both learn and I can see his skills in reading and math start to develop! I also get to learn more about him as I see him choosing his favorite topics and discovering new ones. I can’t wait to see what other learning topics they add to MarcoPoloWorldSchool! I absolutely love it and it’s worth every penny!!

My 3 year old loves MarcoPoloWorldSchool! He especially loves the human body lessons and the dinosaurs. We had the subscription for about more than a year and all of sudden it started crashing every time he wants to play. I already tried reinstalling it but it didn’t work. I’m thinking about just canceling the subscription which is really unfortunate since my son loves this game.

As a father of two kids it isn’t always easy for me to spend time teaching my kids after work. I stumbled upon this amazing app this week and am so glad I did. I really like the applied approach to learning, my kids are actively enjoying the STEM curriculum. I really think this is the best education app I have tried out and my kids agree. Highly recommend it to other parents.

My almost three year old son loves MarcoPoloWorldSchool! He is constantly asking to play it day and night. MarcoPoloWorldSchool is simple and easy for him to use, he’s a pro by now. The videos are short and informative. The “games” are a good balance of fun and work. I am amazed at how well his writing skills are progressing! He loves the music videos as well. Thank you for continuing to add new lessons, we look forward to them!

I have no idea what MarcoPoloWorldSchool is like because I was never able to access it. I signed up for the free trial and I have confirmed that my subscription is active. However MarcoPoloWorldSchool requires a login. I have not been provided with any login information. My Apple credentials don’t work. When I attempted to set up a password via the “forgot password” link I received a notification that my email is unrecognized. There is literally no way for me to access MarcoPoloWorldSchool ! There is no customer service available. What a terrible experience. Don’t waste your time.

I have both a 4 and 6 year old and MarcoPoloWorldSchool checks off lots of boxes for both! I love the sight word practice for my 6 year old and the letter/word practice tailored for my 4 year old (app asks for the ages of the kids and so both get tailored content to their age). The video content is unique, professionally done, and keeps them hooked. Great learning tool that we will be using often!

We are homeschooling and my daughter loves MarcoPoloWorldSchool. We purchased the year long subscription because the games really help her with sight words, phonics, and handwriting. We have had it since October I believe and she has gone from not recognizing half of the alphabet to reading and spelling the starter sight words! She loves the craft videos and the ocean chapters especially! Totally worth every penny.

We are 4 weeks into owning the World School App, and it is now the GOTO App for my 3 and 5 year old! Solid and extensive STEAM base content, and education tools which keeps my kids completely engaged and away from the pure video apps that is a brain drain on little minds. Also brings my wife and I into their interactive educational experience!
