Being in the customer service industry taking care of our customers is our number one priority. Trying to work with Bridget and the time sink team has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. When I called to let them know that all of my employees can see how much each other made, which anybody with a brain knows that that’s not a good thing, the only person that could help me was on vacation and could not fix the problem when I tried to report the problem there was a bug and I was not able to report the problem. She told me I would get a discount and when I decided not to renew and needed to send my reports to my accountant made me pay for an entire month and would not offer to reimburse me even though I do not want to use this app. When I asked her who was in charge of customer service for this company she hung up on me. I tried to call back several times and she sent me to voicemail. If this company does not recognize that employees seeing what each other make is a problem and doesn’t make it their number one priority to fix that problem immediately they obviously don’t know how to run a business. And before you ask yes I went into settings and clicked all the things that my employees should and should not see. I am canceling my subscription and I want my money back!!!

We originally used this app for our less than five employees. we canceled them in October 2020. they have actively billed through recurring payments our company account every month including September 2022. we have notified them several times and never get a response by phone or email. this company has ripped us off of over $500 just since April 2021 as far back as I can go at the present time in my banking. do not mess with this app and less you intend to give your money away and be robbed!!!

Today, the first employee went to punch in and we found a new app that overwrote the app we paid for and was using for You touch something and it moves other punches.
Wasted hours setting up to find no help button, no support, and no positive value.
Now testing replacement timesheet apps and trying to determine what hours we owe our team.
This is the single worst software experience in our business history
This app needs to be rolled back or removed. We spent 7 hours researching to find a workable app after this one was ruined this morning
