I bought them and I tried to connect them and it says that they’re bound to another account even though they’re brand new!!!

I read the description and it never said I’d have to pay a monthly or annual fee. It worked good until my coin ran out. Now I have to pay again.

First you make us pay for the earbuds. Then you hit us with a ridiculous price for offline service that you advertised as part of the deal. Then every language that gets translated into English is said back in a robot voice. And your response is to just use the awful app that you have to press to use for every word? These definitely are going back

I bought this translator on Temu with no mention of having to pay hundreds of dollars to make the translator work with this expensive app. SCAM. I am going to report and have them thrown off the platform.

I downloaded after buying, finally recieved after weeks and then WooaskOfflinetranslation kept saying the network not so good check it and try again. Definitely will be returning and looking for a different pair

You have to buy each language for ~$90 and you can not use them as advertised (exp go to nail salon and hear the background chatter in real time the need a linked earbud you hold a button on your phone 100% false advertising

I just opened them charge them up and connected them to WooaskOfflinetranslation and the right earpiece quit working completely after about 30 seconds!

100% SCAM! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! My wife got this product for me for our anniversary. I am currently studying Japanese and she thought this would be great. If I could give this product negative stars I would. I unboxed them found out it was an app that you had to download and it uses my phone to translate and the “translator earbuds” are just Bluetooth earbuds and WooaskOfflinetranslation you have to pay for to use without the internet and they can not be used without your phone. This product is not only garbage, it is false advertisement. I immediately boxed them up after 2 minutes of opening WooaskOfflinetranslation and started to process the return.

Can not register my brand new earbuds that I purchased . Features look good. I hope to resolve this problem soon.

My devices just came in today but I can’t even create an account because every time I try to create one the loading symbol shows up then disappears after 3 seconds and nothing happens...so I can’t even create an account to utilize my devices -.-

This product works well with Spanish English and reverse translation. I seen the other review but I would think Korean and Chinese are much more complicated. But I love WooaskOfflinetranslation and the earbuds

I'm a regular customer at the Apple Store and I've been using Wooask for a few months now. It's such an amazing app! I can't believe how much it has helped me navigate the store.

It's so easy to use, just type in what you want to say in your native language and it will translate it for you. The only downside is that there are some words that don't translate well, but overall, Wooask app is great!

I just downloaded WooaskOfflinetranslation recently, and after using it for 2 days, I came here to comment immediately. I think its offline translation accuracy is not bad, better than expected.

I just set up the divide and app. I’ve been trying it out on my own before using it for real with others. Speaking English with button A getting the translation then hearing it. Then pushing button B speaking Spanish getting the translation. I’m very impressed and can’t wait to try it out for real. Don’t think I’ll need to have a translator at the office tomorrow. I’m very impressed. I see the user rating is kind of low, I can’t see why with the results I’ve just had. I’ve downloaded multiple app for translations and haven’t found any as easy as this.
