100% SCAM! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! My wife got this product for me for our anniversary. I am currently studying Japanese and she thought this would be great. If I could give this product negative stars I would. I unboxed them found out it was an app that you had to download and it uses my phone to translate and the “translator earbuds” are just Bluetooth earbuds and the app you have to pay for to use without the internet and they can not be used without your phone. This product is not only garbage, it is false advertisement. I immediately boxed them up after 2 minutes of opening the app and started to process the return.

First you make us pay for the earbuds. Then you hit us with a ridiculous price for offline service that you advertised as part of the deal. Then every language that gets translated into English is said back in a robot voice. And your response is to just use the awful app that you have to press to use for every word? These definitely are going back

You have to buy each language for ~$90 and you can not use them as advertised (exp go to nail salon and hear the background chatter in real time the need a linked earbud you hold a button on your phone 100% false advertising
