I paid for the year membership and it’s been everything but worth it. All my songs were deleted. I didn’t even get the pro upgrade until 2 days later and it still gives me ads here and there. The app is incredibly laggy. You can’t get into contact with anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING A BIG PLAYLIST FOR THIS. Save yourself the time and heart ache.

I gave my phone the new update and when I got onto the app my playlist was gone and I had over 300 songs on there. I kept restarting and refreshing the app and my phone but it still won’t make my playlist come back. I use my playlist everyday so I am very upset.
My songs keep getting deleted.

I love this app, but there’s a big problem. After a while of using, more and more frequently all my songs delete. Every day now, if I have songs in a playlist or favorited, the next day everything is gone. I don’t know why this is, every time I get the songs back they’re still ready for offline play. At this point I’m ready to uninstall this app because I once had over 200 songs perfectly ready to be listened to, but now I’m scared to get more than five because I know the next time I try to listen to them, they won’t be there. There isn’t any other app available that is as good as this one, and I just hope this issue will be resolved.
