I recently downloaded this app and purchased a packet of Santa pictures to surprise my children Christmas morning. After purchasing the packet it showed that I had bought them, but the stickers remain unavailable for use. I contacted customer service through the app regarding this issue. They replied stating the stickers should be available. I responded stating again that they are not available and customer service is no longer responding.

I’ve had some success with the app. When it works it’s GREAT ...... BUT ....... when it works !!!! It’s not super user friendly is putting lightly. There’s no other app that I use that requires so many updates, uninstall, reinstalled, restored purchases and supply store too etc. I’ve done all this and on Easter morning here I am unable to use it AGAIN!!! The sticker store shows zero available in either of the bunny options but Santa ones do.

Overall this app is amazing for stickers, but in the App Store when I searched up Santa stickers, All of the stickers needed to be paid for. It was pretty upsetting to find that out, considering I just wanted to have my kids happy. I honestly did not want to pay for the stickers. I do not recommend this app unless you want to pay for things
