Better than most IT-related learning stuff
I am a state credentialed teacher of IT stuff like this as well as a professor with the Masters degree in such. While there is still nothing like face to face right there next to you instruction, this service is better than most at the job. On the minus side, their English language skills could be better ...and that is very important when it comes to technical stuff (if you fail to use an English preposition correctly, you can more easily confuse someone in a digital learning environment because you do not have the additional subliminal face to face body language to assist in correcting the common misperceptions that occur). Also, the graphics created for explaining some things could be better (same for the graphic design overall). But otherwise, this is good stuff.
