My iphone updated to IOS16 and now mobile check deposit does not work. It will not let me take a picture of the check. There is a message to rotate the phone which I do and nothing happens.
I loved 1stMidAmericaCU! The check deposit changed my life. However, it doesn’t seem to work with either iOS16 or my iPhone 14. I just tried to deposit a check and it won’t let me. Please fix this. I imagine lots of folks with iPhones are having the same problem.
It is currently 1am CST, and almost any time I use 1stMidAmericaCU to check my accounts later in the night 1stMidAmericaCU does not work correctly. “Application Error” pop up appears and I’m not able to see my account info. Plus, the website also offers many features that you can’t do on 1stMidAmericaCU, like looking at the Money Management section to look at budgets, etc.
Why don’t you show interest on CDs. My other credit union show the interest I’ve earned each month.
Overall 1stMidAmericaCU is very helpful in letting me transfer money, deposit checks and check my account balance. However, 1stMidAmericaCU never works after like 11pm. As someone who works late sometimes this is really inconvenience. It’s an app not an actual bank so it should work even at 2am. Super annoying
1stMidAmericaCU is exceptionally slow and I always have down or offline issues between 10pm and 7am which is when I’m able to check my account.
Love 1stMidAmericaCU overall! Everything except the constant red dot notification from the cash back options.... none which I would ever use...
Even after adding and the dot goes away.... it comes back shortly after! My ocd can’t handle the constant notification for no reason...
I can’t find activity log for my credit card like was on the old app under additional services.
Really excited that my bank has an app now!! Easy to use and refreshing interface!

Works well and has the same functionality as the online banking site. Has all the things you would expect from a mobile banking app. Tons of options and functions hidden in a simple but elegant UI.

1stMidAmericaCU is much better than card valet. I just wish it showed up coming recurring withdrawals; like bills.
