Go to the museum and pay there

I followed the directions for joining/renewal my membership at the OKC Myriad Gardens. The system accepted my money and I have a receipt but it never downloaded or gave me an option to down load. The system says I have an expired membership on line. I have called and the recording says that due to volume of calls it could be 1-3 days. I have spent a total of 30 minutes on line trying to get my cards and over 40 minutes leaving messages. Waiting on a call back from customer service. It is much easier to just join and pay at the museum/garden/organization.

Completely Broken

Application is completely worthless. You open the app and it just cycles and then says “no record found”; the screen shows no options to choose from (the page where you choose the institute/zoo is blank) and the search option shows no results. This happened on 2 different phones trying to get the passes we just purchased. So I guess we have to find tech support or request a refund.

Incompatible with iPhone 13 pro

Unable to get app to work at all on my wife’s phone! All it does is spin loading institutions. Have tried multiple times. Uninstalled and reinstalled without any luck. Have powered phone down and retried without luck!! Your app on my phone works fine for basic functions. However most of the apps menus do not function. What a crappy app! What kind of quality testing have you performed? Any? 🥸
