Video Vault Reviews

I purchased this years ago and since VideoVault updated just before the new year December 2023 it no longer works and will not allow me to free up my stored videos. No response from support and no new updates have resolved issues. VideoVault no longer works as originally designed.

Just like everyone else it worked fine the all of a sudden it crashes every time I try to open it . Unfortunately some of the videos I have in there are no longer available and because this is now the third time it’s happened I give it 1 star. If it still worked would have given it 4-5 stars but since you don’t want to fix anything anymore you get 1 star

One of the most reliable apps for years until the latest update. A few clicks and it quickly becomes apparent that the uploading and downloading portions of VideoVault are not responding or operating. Either don’t update it if you still have a working version or might-as-well delete it and hunt for a replacement if you already did the update. So sad. Amongst numerous apps out there, this one was a little treasure. *smh*

VideoVault has not been updated in 5 years and now does not even open. Crashes every time you try to open it. Lost all my files because it no longer opens. This is the second video download app this developer has abandoned. Do not get any more apps from them!

This used to be one of my favorite apps, now it’s terrible they’ve updated it and it just doesn’t work anymore. The browser is terrible now, you used to be able to go directly to a website by typing the link, now you can only search for it. And I can’t figure out how to download ANYTHING from the browser anymore. Terrible. Garbage. Change it back

It’s a really good app and it works well except the past couple of days I can open VideoVault , put in my password, and access my account, but as soon as I try to open a folder it crashes. Please fix this bug as soon as possible!

I like to store my photos there. But today I tried adding over 100 photos and it crashed. I can no longer access my account which my photos were saved then deleted off my camera roll. I can no longer get them back. I hope the developers will see this and fix it. I use it to store pictures from videos and vacations to save phone storage.

Developers, please fix it.

I downloaded VideoVault , was working fine at the beginning which I enjoyed and loved since it's been easy to use plus fast downloads, now I can't even open VideoVault it'll crash/fail the second I open it, it just closes back up, please fix the problem don't want to delete VideoVault with all my downloads in it. It'll be a good app without this problem.

It ued to let me play music while VideoVault was closed or my phone was put to sleep but now it won't let me my phone has to be on and I have to be on VideoVault for it to work :( very disappointed with the newest updates (multiple)

I still have bugs with VideoVault and cannot edit videos... :( please send an update for U.S. iPhone users.

I bought VideoVault years ago, now update new version says me “Upgrade” error message when I tried creat new folder. I might purchase AD free at that time in old version app. However it doesn’t allow me to purchase lifetime option, persistently error message appears “I’ve purchased”. So I can’t upgrade and so I can’t add new folders anymore. Please fix this problem immediately.

I got VideoVault about a year ago and it worked great! I was able to transport videos from my camera roll into VideoVault . Now, with the new update it’s caused so many complications! I can’t download music anymore and can’t save my videos to my camera roll, I’m trying to purchase the unlimited but somehow it’s not letting me. VideoVault helped me a lot with my video editing for work and now it’s not helping me as much :( I’d still prefer the older version than this new one.

Great app but recently crashing on iPhone and iPad. Is there a new version to download or can this be fixed?

VideoVault has not been opening lately it used to work fine but now it just shows the logo then closes . Please fix Because I loved it

It’s a very good app but atm it has crashed and I can’t even open it I don’t want to delete it because I have downloaded a lot in it please help in fixing the bug

To the creative genius that made VideoVault thank you, this is really the only app of its kind that works. And there is a great support that gives help when need. Thank you.

Please fix bugs/crashes I have too many vids to just delete them all I can't even open VideoVault

I’m a little disappointed that I can't enter the old Video Vault with the purple logo with tons of videos that I did download but I found VideoVault and I am so happy that I can download all my favorite videos from Instagram or Facebook!

Please DON’T delete VideoVault!

I’ve had VideoVault since 2019 now it keeps crashing

I had the same problem as others work fine now trying to open the application but it shuts down
Hope you can help. Also love VideoVault
