I did not like reading the directions of the workouts. I wish it was a short video or some more intuitive. However, ExerciseDuringPregnancy was only a one time fee of $6 which is way cheaper than everything else that’s out there. Idk I guess you get what you pay for.
I like the look and design of ExerciseDuringPregnancy. I like how it flows and delivers the workout. However, I don’t see anywhere where it says these workouts have been reviewed or approved by OB docs or anyone who has some prenatal credibility. This is my second pregnancy and I see some exercises that make me question if I should do them. I feel like I remember hearing my doc say to avoid some of the exercises that are listed here. It also makes me wonder because it shows pregnant women doing some exercises, but not others. App does not say to consult a doc if pregnant about exercise and all the classic disclaimers. Makes me question the validity of it.
I've always been skeptical about buying apps or paying for them but I made an exception since I liked the free version unfortunately I was disappointed yes it's only $ 1.00 but it's the fact that now they have my financial info that worries me and this thing charges one dollar for any workout or challenge I thought the whole thing was a dollar and the 30 day challenge I took only gives one workout! 15 sets of squats 🤨. I gave it 3 stars because the free version is better than the paid version.
Only app that got me out of bed and into the living room working out because it’s so simple.
