ReadyErie is nothing more than a billboard of phone numbers, standard emergency protocol and National Weather Service data. It is slow and does not provide live updates. Typical government waste of our money.

ReadyErie stopped working. After the last iOS update it stopped loading completely. After deleting and successfully redownloading it still does not work.
There is a major winter storm headed for Erie County and no reference to it on ReadyErie …what a joke!!!!!

Since it hasn’t been updated in 2 years- what’s the point of it?
It was nice when it worked. Now it won’t load, it just freezes
ReadyErie could be much more valuable if it had additional features. How about alerts when water service is interrupted, or neighborhoods have low water pressure? A listing of Erie County roads to be repaired and pot holes filled, road resurfacing planned and dates of repairs? How about a “pot hole” reporting link? ReadyErie could be so much better.
The concept of ReadyErie (emergency preparedness) is great but seems to be an early attempt of an app that has since been forgotten. Get’s people to have a basic level of preparedness. But not a smooth user experience.
ReadyErie is definitely slow and not optimized for iPhone 11. The info is important so worth having, but could definitely use some attention
ReadyErie runs only in "portrait" mode - it does not switch when rotating the device. Also the basic font size is very large. Good for a phone though. The Map seems to accurately display the hospitals, urgent care centers, fire stations, Etc. but the preference selections are not retained after closing that option. Also, phone numbers would be useful in the information section s.
