I have iPhone 6 running iOS 8 and WeDJ doesn't open. I did try turning off and on the iPhone and still doesn't open. Will change my rating when an update is available to fix the problem. The UPDATE VER. 1.1.0 WeDJ still doesn't open, just crashes after you press it. Please fix.
The UPDATE VER. 1.1.1 still crash when press icon. It's been 4 months, still no update.

Bought the DDJ 200 and would love to be able to use WeDJ since it features split audio for monitoring, pad modes, etc...unfortunately WeDJ freezes every time I try to load a song. Extremely frustrating that I can’t use WeDJ that’s supposed to be native to the ddj200...instead I have to use Edjing mix which doesn’t provide the same features but at least works without freezing or crashing

Finally gave up trying to get it connected to my Apple Music library. Tried setting up a SoundCloud account and connect to that, but there is a bug with the user interface where it wants you to check the recaptcha checkbox but it won’t let you see the checkbox! Playing only the demo songs gets a little tiring… The only reason I downloaded it was to use my DDJ 2000.

I bought a ddj wego4 but it doesnt work. I have an iphone 7 plus. When connected, the controllers on the wego4 dont do anything on WeDJ . I can hear the music goin to the speaker and headphones but none of the buttons or jog wheels do anything to control WeDJ . What a waste of $300!!! Dont buy it!!! Plus on the pioneer web site, the iphone is not listed under "compatible OS and hardware"

WeDJ flat out doesn’t work. I’ve connected my Apple Music, sound cloud and personal files to it and it is unable to play ANY of them. because it “can’t support” any of the file types. WHY EVEN HAVE AN OPTION TO CONNECT??? It refuses to play any and everything other than the demo tracks. It sickens me how poorly WeDJ functions.

I would give this application 5 stars, however the effects are really killing it for me. I like that you can manually beatmatch (as opposed to the Traktor App which relies on syncing) and I like the overall layout. But, here is what kills it for me: you can't use just one effect; you have to use either two, or none. All effects are executed via a location on a grid, and you can only choose the intensity of both effects via (x,y) coordinates. Why?! CDJ's don't have this, DDJ-SX's don't have this, even the Traktor app doesn't have this. It's really annoying, especially when you can't echo out of a song properly, rendering it useless for live performances. Please pioneer, fix this useless implementation. It's not that hard of a fix, and the bright side is that effects will end up using less processing power, allowing for a smoother performance. Because of this, I am sticking to the Traktor app for performances, preparation, etc...

I feel bad for saying this but it’s a review and it’s probably not even going to get noticed,I’m 9 and I was looking around the internet for a normal dj game to play because I think djing is interesting,I found WeDJ and it looked really cool so I downloaded it, one of the things that I found a little aggravating, was how hard this was to under stand, so I’m not trying to be mean or anything but maybe if you would maybe make WeDJ a little more understandable then more people would get it.

I would really like to enjoy WeDJ to its fullest potential. With that said , I noticed that everything works fine with my ddj except when I try to scratch. The moment I touch the jog wheels, it disconnects. I’m using an iPhone 11 with ios14. I’ve tried other app and the controller works as it should. I however, prefer to use WeDJ since the user interface is very much like the controller making it user friendly for a Noob.

I can’t seem to get my SoundCloud playlist to sink with WeDJ . Why does WeDJ keep telling me to upgrade to SoundCloud go+ when I already have it?

It’ll work for like 30 minutes and then it’ll disconnect from my phones bluetooth

I’m using WeDJ on my iPad mini 3 running iOS 12.4.1 with the DDJ200. If I restart the iPad mini and app, then connect the DDJ, it works fine for a few minutes. After a couple of songs switching between decks, the “vinyl” control (main platter to scratch) and FX pads on the either side deck stops responding on the controller. I’m guessing it’s not a hardware issue, because if I switch the pad function to hot cue, loop, or sampler, those functions work and respond just fine. I was planning to use this as a backup to my main DJ rig, but I can’t if this isn’t reliable. Please help! Thank you

** edit: I’ve tested the DDJ200 with the Djay app, and Rekordbox on a MacBook Pro. No control issues at all, so hardware is fine. It’s definitely a this app app problem.

How do you listen to your recorded mixes?
Where do they even go?
I feel dumb not being able to figure this out.. google said in the “rec list tab” which I cannot find.

Also, is there anyway to have the mixer tabs (adjusting the lows, highs, & mods) for both tracks open at the same time to simultaneously adjust them.
I am assuming maybe just on iPad and not on iPhone?

Any help is greatly appreciated! Especially with the recording!!

Hello as a loyal customer I must ask why haven’t this great app received an update our phones have updated and now your app is crashing on my wedj4, iPad 7 & iPhone have you abandoned this great app it have been years since a update!

I would have given WeDJ a 5 star rating, but there is no option to change the key description. I’d like to see it in Camelot form ie 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, and so on. Not being able to select multiple tracks to add to a playlist is annoying and time consuming. It’s definitely no Rekordbox

When I try to load a song I should be able to see it on the this app app but once it finishes loading it just says tap to load. So I tap it and it just brings me back to the song selection. I’d tap on the same song and it would just repeat over and over and I can’t dj.

I like WeDJ I’m just having a hard time connecting my Apple Music that I pay for to use on the this app with the whole this app DDJ -200 set. Not sure if it’s because it’s kinda back in date, but really just wanna connect my music.

Also they made me try to use SoundCloud+ and why pay for thats when I’m paying for Apple

I started WeDJ on IPhone with my new DJJ-200. At first it worked awesome I loved it but soon after that I started up a new song for the right disk and I couldn’t hear it at all I checked my phone my head phones they were working fine I could do all the effects I just couldn’t hear it please fix this soon

Quit complaining about not being able to use a streaming service with this and stop and think about the hurdles you'd have to jump through to get that to work. Here's an idea: BUY your music instead of streaming it, cheapskates. If you need help figuring that out you can google it.

App works perfectly on my 6s. Love it. Those of you claiming it's crashing don't technology well. Your phones likely need resetting in general. Can't just keep piling on updates without a restore every so often.

I know this was designed for the iPhone but it sort of woks on the iPad but it cuts off constantly when playing Beatport tracks

WeDJ is amazing! Very great sound quality, and amazing FX as well! I wish it had a reset option for the tempo and mix faders, but you can’t ask for much when it comes to an iPhone app. However, it looks great, and it does the job!

WeDJ is great at what it does, but it has a huge issue that is making it useless to me. The issue is Apple Music integration, I want to be able to use my downloaded songs from Apple Music but it won't let me do it is useless

This is a decent app. Needs external drive support. Update? Hopefully with next update. Also maybe fix loop section. Works but could be better.

Tested this out with beatport link feature, very nice! Will this app for iPad get an upgrade.?
