They say there is a one week free trial and that you can cancel it in the account settings. But in the settings they only have a link to their terms and conditions, and an email to the “help desk”. There is nowhere to cancel. I emailed them twice to ask how to cancel my subscription because I do not want to pay $23 for Pixl, and they have not gotten back to me.

Very bad and misleading way into getting someone to purchase a 25 dollar yearly subscription. As you scroll through the begin settings it prompts you to buy a yearly subscription. Naturally since I wouldn’t pay for a service like this, I went to click the home button to exit out of Pixl (to delete it) and as i went to click home button, the apple Touch ID popped up, thus confirming my purchase. Very bad practice to have this pop up without a warning, especially when it is at a likely stage when user would be exiting out of Pixl .

I downloaded Pixl based on the star rating and this was a mistake!! Pixl is super hard to use and the directions for each function are there but do not make sense because the functions that it tells you to use are not even options. I tried Pixl for an hour and it only made my pic look worse. Now after reading the comments and ratings I’m hoping that even though I cancelled the $25 subscription through iTunes I still won’t be charged after the free trial is up!

I downloaded it to see if it works as much they had written it does, and I deleted Pixl immediately from my phone. BUT, THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME $23 (2x) and had it not been for my bank statement, I wouldn’t have know! THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN REACH THEM WITH EITHER. so if i had deleted your app and wasn’t even using it, why was I being charged $23 (2x)??? I NEED MY MONEY BACK! Or have some CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER!!!

Downloaded Pixl to edit ONE picture. You have to accept a 7 day free trial to even use Pixl (which by the way, doesn’t even work) and the terms are very unclear and make no sense. Accepted the 7 day free trial, and deleted Pixl when I was done, thinking it would cancel my subscription, considering there was no way to delete your account in Pixl , this is how all the other apps I’ve ever used with a free trial work and the fact that it never asked for my debit card number. About a week later, I checked my bank account and Pixl charged my account $25 through iTunes. Apparently you have to go all the ways into the iTunes Store and cancel the subscription. Very disappointed and very angry, especially since Pixl literally doesn’t even work and I will never use it again.

Misleading. Like everyone else I just wanted to fix one picture, but even after paying the initial $3.99 you can’t even edit a picture until you either pay another $20 something dollars or download the free trial. I’m not even going to do the free trial because it seems like so many others have had difficulties canceling their subscription. Why would you guys charge $3.99 for just downloading Pixl ? HOW DOES THAT MAKE IT A FREE TRIAL?....scam. scam. scam.

I was looking for an app to fix ONE red eye issue and instead it became a complete scam. When you open Pixl , it says after a 7 day FREE trial you will be charged $25 so like most apps I tried it and it didn’t work at all. So I went into settings, iTunes Store and hit cancel subscription the very next day. However, when I checked my banking history later it had charged me!! I can’t believe this would happen. I want my money back.

Pixl is a SCAM! I downloaded Pixl to fix one picture and ended up paying for a 25 dollar subscription that I don’t want. I deleted Pixl within minutes and was even charged during what was supposed to be a 7 day free trial. I have emailed the support for this company twice only to receive no response. I am extremely frustrated and angry that Pixl took 25 dollars from me and was dishonest about a free trial. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

I downloaded Pixl to edit one red eye on one picture and it wouldn’t even do that. I had to accept a 7 day trial when downloading Pixl and when I realized it wouldn’t work for my picture I deleted it right away. I just got a $24 dollar charge from iTunes for it and I never used it. I thought that deleting it would end the 7 day trial. How do I get a refund? Ridiculous.

Pixl is a scam! I just got charged $25 when I did not accept to purchase Pixl and even deleted it. Do not download unless you actually want to spend money on it. Rip off. I want a refund. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS!!! Upon redownloading Pixl, since I’ve already paid for it, I can’t even use it!!! It brought me back to the “start three day trial” screen! I’ve emailed support twice and still no response.

I wanted to edit one red eye photo because the editor in the iPhone photos wasn’t working. As soon as you open Pixl it prompts you to do a 7 day free trial, and unless you sign up you can’t access anything. The way it’s set up if you use touch ID you’ll probably wind up accidentally signing for a subscription. I wouldn’t even pay $0.99 for an app like this, let alone $25 A MONTH.

I got Pixl (almost) a year ago (last November 2019, it is currently September 2020), I used it for a little and it worked fine but had to delete since I wasn’t using it much and was taking up storage on my phone. I recently took some pictures and wanted to edit them so I figured Id use the last of my subscription before it expires in November. I re-downloaded Pixl and tapped the “restore” option at the bottom right but after about 30 seconds of loading it tells me that I dont have a subscription to restore. Definitely not worth the $25 if I am not able to use it. When I check my subscriptions it visibly says “expires in November” so I do not understand why I cant use my subscription.

Good range on everything, including eye color options.

I liked the way i am able to customize parts of my face! Very easy to use.

There are many options and it’s useful for special photos( even everyday use!)

I want a refund you charged me full access twice and it is bogus. If I hit the purchase button it should say PURCHASED. Cheaters robbers trick you into being charged again. REFUND.

I was able to fix red eyes in a picture. If you look back at some of the other reviews you’ll see how to cancel it before the subscription ends if you aren’t satisfied.

I purchased Pixl and I very love it. Working very nice and I don’t have any issues, just working perfectly. 😀
Now I can make very nice pictures of my daughter 👶

I was not sure at the first use, but after spending some time in Pixl and saving few photos, I’ve found it pretty easy to use and makes magic with my photos😍Totally recommend it👍

Pixl honestly is a one-stop shop that everyone needs to have.

How many times do you take a photo on your phone and wish you could edit, modify, perfect it? It’s possible to do on the computer with other softwares, but none that is immediate and as user friendly. Pixl is extremely user friendly, and should really be used on every picture / selfie you take.

Highly recommend Pixl to everyone - very worth it!
