Hi I’m Faith I am the one who is making this review. About 2 yrs ago, my mom downloaded TraceLettersSightWords on her iPad so my little brother (who and just turned 6 5 days ago,) would learn his abc’s. It was fun for him at first but than it started to not let him get the “complete trace certificate.” Even though he traced it correctly. Months later, lots of ads became appearing. It was very annoying when many ads appeared. My brother stopped playing on TraceLettersSightWords. I would recommend having abc tracing on paper. DO NOT DOWNLOAD TraceLettersSightWords! If this company sees this message, please send some updates.

This program is wonderful. It keeps our child engaged and motivated to learn more. She is learning so much in such a little time. We are very surprised at how much she has already learned and she wants to learn more. It is not a chore or something she has to do. This is something she wants to do. We would recommend this to anyone. If you are thinking about it, dont think anymore just get it.

My almost 2yr old loves it so much! He looks forward to playing with it, he has gotten so good at the games, which is fun and easy to pick up. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tracing app for their child! I see few reviewers commented about Ads in TraceLettersSightWords . In my opinion, it doesn't effect to my kid's active play. They're stupid to think they should get everything free - free app, no ads with beautiful typography, illustrations, and lovely song? OMG!!! They should request Apple to get a free iPhone/iPad as well.

I have three kids: boy 8yrs, boy 6 yrs and girl 3yrs. All three of my kids absolutely love TraceLettersSightWords. Yes I pay for TraceLettersSightWords but my kids use it almost every day. They can work on their specialized learning path or go and learn through picking other activities in the class or around town. Sight words, reading, alphabet, colors, shapes, puzzles. TraceLettersSightWords lets them learn through playing and having fun. Could not ask for a better app.

My son loves Trace Letters & Sight Words and it gives me a way to let him spend a little time using electronics that is educational and not just him being a couch potato. It has actually helped him with a few areas that he was struggling with. Things that we tried to work on to no avail. I like TraceLettersSightWords on my iPad because it is easier than the computer for him just to use the touch screen rather than messing with a mouse.

Son is 20 months old. He is learning at the toddler age. He is learning a lot. He already knows a lot due to I was teaching my son his shapes, sizes, 123, ABC'S, and other learning material. My son also watches his baby tv which also helps his learning. Trace Letters & Sigh Words is excellent. My son is learning more of what he already knows and what he does not know. He loves to learn and loves electronics and this is a good way for him to learn, and it is fun at the same time for babies, toddlers, and kids!

I purchased this program for my oldest daughter the year before she started kindergarten. This helped her learn how to read before her first year. Now, she is in the second grade and is reading at a fourth grade level. I fully believe that Trace Letters and her determination to improve her reading helped her get to where she is today. I am going to purchase this again for my three year old. We LOVE Trace Letters & Sight Words!!!

I am a stay-at-home mom and I purchased TraceLettersSightWords for my 3 year old. What I really love the most about this one is that it is simple to follow and gives clear and strait to the point directions for each activity. My 3 year old is very active and is always very eager to learn so I was thrilled to purchase TraceLettersSightWords for him. I feel that it is very important for a child’s development for them to learn how to write letters and grasp the concept of using writing instruments. TraceLettersSightWords is very basic which makes it very simple for a child to follow, having this simple and straightforward design helped keep his attention.

I have used Trace Letters on and off with all four of my kids. They have all loved it. Great way to give them something to do on a screen that isn’t complete mindless fodder. I love the learning path (I wish there was an option to ONLY have the learning path). The activities are easy to complete and fun. My youngest loves that she gets to do school like her siblings. It’s been well worth the cost.

My son has been using this program on the computer for months so we finally got him a tablet for summer time and downloaded TraceLettersSightWords . He could easily spend hours a day on it, but we limit his electronics time. This program really makes learning fun; we all enjoy it. I recommend it to others.

This program is fantastic and has endless possibilities of learning in many ways. My 4.5 year old does very well with just a bit of guidance. They have interactive lessons for preschool through 2nd grade on all ssubjects you could imagine! Definitely recommend.

My daughter was reading sight words at age 2, so I was looking for something educational that would keep her attention. We used Trace Letters & Sight Words until she started preschool at age 4. She started school reading at a first grade level. We discontinued using TraceLettersSightWords after school started, but then rejoined when Trace Letters extended their program. Highly recommend TraceLettersSightWords.

A very good educational app for kids. If your kids play on a smart device you should definitely get TraceLettersSightWords. Because at least there learning while having fun. The graphics are fun and the play keeps my daughter busy so I have to give 5 stars. I would recommend this to other parents and very happy with TraceLettersSightWords.

My 3 year old son was having issues speaking before this application was introduced into his curriculum. Now, he speaks clearer than before and loves playing the mini games they have within TraceLettersSightWords . It also gives him goals to meet to gain points and buy stuff. My son knows how to write his name now. He showed no interest before. Fun sounds effects and the letters must be formed correctly to get to next part. I think letter formation is vital an I wanted an app so he could be learn it right! You can also add words for them to practice, their names, pet names ect.

I downloaded TraceLettersSightWords while it was free so there are no advertisements. This is a huge plus! I thought that TraceLettersSightWords was going to be difficult for my 5 year old to use because he has Down syndrome but he completely gets it and is already repeating the sounds he hears. My daughter played TraceLettersSightWords at her preschool so she was already familiar with it and loves that I was able to download it for her. It is colorful and interactive. The words are spoken clearly so each of my children are able to understand what is being said and then respond appropriately. I feel that this is app is going to be helpful for my son over the Summer before he enters Kindergarten.

We have only had this for a few days but my son is enthralled!! Which has me so happy! He has had a little trouble remembering words while reading and having issues with math, but each day he comes home and plays this and is doing so good that his teacher sent home a note saying to keep doing whatever it is that we ae doing now because its made that much improvement in just these few days! Excellent app all around. Kudos to the developers and I hope they make more comparable apps as he gets older! Thank you Trace Letters & Sight Words!!

I really love Trace Letters & Sight Words. I started homeschooling my daughter when she turned 2 so when she was 4 we decided to incorporate Trace Letters & Sight Words to get her ready for school. Be careful when you set the level, TraceLettersSightWords must have gone by my daughter's age which I'm assuming is normally pretty accurate. However since I began homeschooling so early she is pretty advanced, I couldn't figure out why she was so bored with it until I moved her up 2 more levels and now she's right back on track. There's so much to do and I recommend setting time limits for minimum or maximum usage. There are games, coloring pages, activities and more. Worth the money for sure.

TraceLettersSightWords is very user friendly. My now 5 year old started using Trace Letters & Sight Words when he was 4. He loves to show his two-year-old brothers different features (games, songs, etc). The games are fun to him. He enjoys the section that has new features related to the month and/or holidays. He also loves earning the stars to build his hamster cage. It is strangely motivating. He recently got his own iPad and was anxious for me to download TraceLettersSightWords on the iPad for him to play. I was not sure if he would be interested in it with all the FreeTime games and activities, but he still went back to Trace Letters & Sight Words. I have yet to let me 2 year-olds play with it much, but they do love all the music/songs that the program has to offer that their big brother shares with them.

My son is struggling with his handwriting. I downloaded about 6 apps to try them out. There were just 2 that made the short list and this was one of them. When ended up selecting this one for two reasons: the graphics are so neat when you fill in the letters and really mesmerize my son. He uses a stylus to trace and it works well. The second reason, and this is important, is that the way the instructions go with it, it asks you to trace in a gliding motion. The other apps we had would require you to actually pick up the stylus/break contact with the surface in order to change directions within a letter. However that isn't the proper way to learn to write. One continuous fluid motion is recommended by my son's occupational therapist. Therefore we felt this program was the more realistic and helpful for him.

If I could give TraceLettersSightWords 10 stars I would. We have been using Trace Letters & Sight Words on our computer for quite some time. Then my husband found an app online for us to use and I could not be happier and neither could by four year old. We have four boys altogether and sometimes life gets hectic and we can't always sit down at the computer and do his lessons. However with TraceLettersSightWords we can do them wherever we go!

I ordered this for my 4 year old son to practice writing letters. I liked that the letters were large. My son finds workbooks with smaller letters to be too difficult. I also liked that there was a whole page for each letter, to practice writing again and again, uppercase and lowercase, not just three or four of each letter.

Granddaughter is way ahead of others her age and Grandson who shows absolutely no interest in reading will read for hours on this. I would HIGHLY recommend this!! We started the gkids on it when they were 2 yrs old and all of them are still using it til about 10 yrs of age. It is fantastic!
